成都枢纽运输组织方案优化

【摘要】:铁路枢纽一般位于大中型城市附近,衔接着两个以上方向的客流、货流和车流,在疏解铁路车流,维持铁路均衡运转,及支持地方经济发展,促进区域政治、经济、文化交流方面发挥着十分重要作用,因此,研究枢纽地区的运输组织具有极大的理论意义和实践价值。成都地区,作为我国西部地区重要的经济增长极,在西部大开发的整体部署中占据着至关重要的战略地位,发展潜力巨大,前景广阔。铁路枢纽运输组织是一项实践性极强的工作,研究优化铁路枢纽运输组织方案,必须结合铁路枢纽实际组织情况,分析其中存在的问题,有针对性地提出优化措施。国内外大量研究文献和实际经验表明:优化布局是基础,强化车流组织是关键,提高编组站作业效率是核心,合理利用区间通过能力是办法,优化动力配置是保障。本文以成都铁路枢纽为研究对象,深入分析和研究了成都枢纽运输组织现状,对成都枢纽在客货运能力、区间通过能力、编组站改编能力等方面存在的问题进行了详细解析,此后,对成都枢纽潜在的运输需求和现实运能之间差距进行了测算,重点从调度指挥的角度,提出通过优化枢纽布局、车流组织、运行调整、成都北编组站作业组织和灵活调整机车运用等措施,优化成都枢纽运输组织,挖掘成都枢纽运输潜能,以适应铁路自身发展需要,从而更好地服务于成都和西南地区社会经济发展形势和人民群众生产生活需求。
[Abstract]:Railway hubs are generally located near large and medium-sized cities, connecting passenger, freight and vehicle flows in more than two directions. They are dredging railway traffic, maintaining a balanced operation of the railway, and supporting local economic development and promoting regional politics and economy. Cultural exchange plays an important role, so it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the transportation organization in the hub area. Chengdu, as an important economic growth pole in the western region of China, occupies a crucial strategic position in the overall deployment of the development of the western region, with huge development potential and broad prospects. Railway hub transportation organization is a very practical work. In order to study and optimize the transportation organization scheme of railway hub, it is necessary to analyze the existing problems and put forward the optimization measures according to the actual organization of railway hub. A large number of literatures and practical experiences at home and abroad show that: optimizing layout is the foundation, strengthening traffic organization is the key, improving the working efficiency of marshalling yard is the core, making rational use of interval capacity is the method, and optimizing power allocation is the guarantee. This paper takes Chengdu Railway Hub as the research object, deeply analyzes and studies the present situation of Chengdu Hub Transportation Organization, and analyzes in detail the existing problems of Chengdu Hub in terms of passenger and freight transport capacity, interval passing capacity, marshalling yard adaptation capacity and so on. Since then, the gap between the potential transportation demand and the actual transportation capacity of Chengdu hub has been measured. From the point of view of dispatch and command, it has been proposed to optimize the layout of the hub, organize the traffic flow, and adjust the operation. The operation organization of Chengdu North marshalling Station and the flexible adjustment of locomotive operation are taken to optimize the transportation organization of Chengdu Hub and to tap the transportation potential of Chengdu Hub in order to meet the needs of railway development. In order to better serve the situation of social and economic development in Chengdu and southwest China and the production and living needs of the people.
