【摘要】：步入21世纪,中国发展的步伐愈加迅速,在世界范围的影响力逐渐加大,近年来中国政府逐渐将目光与注意力转向非洲大陆,中国与非洲领导人在各种场合下围绕着政治、经济、文化、教育、医疗等行业都进行了深入的探讨和合作,围绕着这些合作的“产物”之一就是遍布在非洲不同国家的中国农业技术示范中心。在中国-埃塞俄比亚农业技术示范中心(以下简称示范中心)项目期间,笔者承担了许多类型的中国商务部和中国驻埃塞俄比亚大使馆的文件翻译,本文重点阐述两国政府合作文件的翻译及反思。笔者受聘于广西壮族自治区农业厅,承担该示范中心的项目翻译,项目期始于2012年11月24日,并于2013年12月31日结束。该项目报告总共分为六个章节。第一章是中国-埃塞俄比亚农业技术示范中心项目背景介绍。第二章是翻译任务的描述,其中分别介绍了一些翻译任务的背景和该项目的性质和特点。第三章是对翻译过程的描述并介绍了相关理论支撑。第四章是案例分析和翻译策略,将项目具体案例和具体翻译技巧结合分析并得出相关解决策略。第五章介绍了翻译实践中职业素质,结合该项目具体案例,对翻译职业素质进行探讨总结。第六章为总结,列举了由该项目得出的启示与教训。
[Abstract]:As China enters the 21st century, the pace of China's development is getting more rapid, and its influence on the world has gradually increased. In recent years, the Chinese government has gradually turned its attention and attention to the African continent, and China and African leaders have revolved around politics on various occasions. Economic, cultural, educational, medical and other industries have conducted in-depth discussions and cooperation. One of the "products" of these cooperation is the China Agricultural Technology demonstration Center, which is located in different African countries. During the project of the China-Ethiopia Agricultural Technology demonstration Center (hereinafter referred to as the demonstration Center), the author undertook many types of translation of documents from the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia. This paper focuses on the translation and reflection of the cooperation documents between the two governments. The author was hired by the Agriculture Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region to undertake the project translation of the demonstration center. The project began on November 24, 2012, and ended on December 31, 2013. The project report is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the background of the project of China-Ethiopia Agricultural Technology demonstration Center. The second chapter is the description of translation task, which introduces the background of some translation tasks and the nature and characteristics of the project. The third chapter describes the translation process and introduces the relevant theoretical support. Chapter four is case analysis and translation strategy. Chapter five introduces the professional quality in translation practice, and discusses and summarizes the professional quality of translation according to the specific case of the project. The sixth chapter is a summary, enumerates the enlightenment and the lesson obtained by this project.
