长春市初中小型团体操活动开展现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】:由于我国体育运动的不断发展和改革,团体操的发展与应用便在这种市场大环境的需求推动下,逐步发展起来,如今已经成为中国乃至世界大型比赛开幕式、庆典等活动中,不可缺少的重要组成部分,能够直观、简单、快速展现出本地区、本国家政治、经济、文化、历史等方面,突显出地区、国家特色,使观看团体操的人们更加了解地区、国家的发展状况和综合能力,是一种相对便捷的宣传手段。 而本文的研究是有针对性的对长春市中学小型团体操活动的开展情况进行研究,分析能够在国家政策的支持下、学校领导的重视下、体育教师独立完成创编工作下、学生能够积极配合的情况下更好、更便捷的开展此项活动,使地方教育部门、社会、家长更加了解校办学理念和办学特色,增强体育教师编排能力、创新能力、组织能力等综合能力,同时可以强化学生的团结协作、认知等能力。 本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法针对长春市各区范围内以南关区、宽城区、朝阳区、二道区、绿园区、高新技术开发区、经济技术开发区、净月高新技术产业开发区、以及汽车产业开发区72所中学中,以其中的38所初中学校开展过小型团体操活动的现状为本文的研究对象。 向学校的体育教师、学生发放调查问卷,回收后对38所初中小型团体操开展现状、组织编排小型团体操活动的前期准备、体育教师情况、学生情况4方面进行系统分析。从而得出结论,并提出如何有效的在初中开展小型团体操活动的合理性建议。 目前开展的现状是:在长春市范围内开展团体操活动的初中学校占50%左右,以团体操为表演形式的活动为校庆活动、区运动会、校运动会等大型文艺活动,采取的表演形式为小型团体操,参演人数大多选择情况为80-100人左右,开展活动的次数大概是1-2次,参与编排的人员为本校体育教师、高校团体操教师及相关专业学生。 导致以上问题的主要原因是,国家、社会、教育等部门没有出台关于团体操的相关政策。对于开展、组织相关团体操的培训、讲座贫乏。没有适合学校比较明确的团体操编排流程供体育教师参考。许多高等体育院校针对团体操课程的开设满足不了参加工作后的需要,,学校领导、体育教师对于开展团体操活动也不够重视,学生也没有积极的参与到活动当中 相应对策建议:国家、社会、体育教育相关部门可针对继续教育、国培计划、讲师讲座、教练员指导等这几方面来增加体育教师对团体操的认识、编排、创新能力。高等院校开展团体操相关课程。加强学校领导、体育教师的认识程度,增加团体操活动经费。在学校做好宣传工作,使学生自愿参加团体操活动。
[Abstract]:As a result of the continuous development and reform of sports in China, the development and application of group calisthenics, driven by the demands of this market environment, have gradually developed, and have now become part of the opening ceremony and celebration of large-scale competitions in China and the world. An indispensable important component that can directly, simply, and quickly show the region, the political, economic, cultural, historical, and other aspects of the country, highlight the regional and national characteristics, and make the people who watch group calisthenics know more about the region, The country's development and comprehensive capacity, is a relatively convenient means of publicity. The research in this paper is focused on the development of small group calisthenics activities in Changchun middle schools, and analyzes that under the support of national policies and the attention of school leaders, physical education teachers can independently complete the creation work. Students can actively cooperate with each other and carry out this activity better and more conveniently, so that local education departments, society and parents can better understand the idea and characteristics of running a school, and enhance the ability of PE teachers to arrange and innovate. Organization ability and so on comprehensive ability, at the same time may strengthen the student's unity cooperation, the cognition ability and so on. This paper adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, field investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and analysis to the Nanguan District, Kuancheng District, Chaoyang District, Erdao District, Green Park in Changchun, which are divided into four districts: Nanguan District, Kuancheng District, Chaoyang District, Erdao District, and Green Park. High-tech development zone, economic and technological development zone, jingyue high-tech industrial development zone and 72 middle schools of automobile industry development zone, among them, 38 junior middle schools have carried out small group calisthenics activities as the research object of this paper. The present situation of 38 junior high school small group calisthenics was collected, and the preparation of organizing small group calisthenics activities, physical education teachers' situation and students' situation were systematically analyzed. The conclusion is drawn and the rational suggestions on how to carry out small group calisthenics in junior high school are put forward. The present situation is: about 50% of junior high schools carrying out group calisthenics activities in Changchun City, and large-scale cultural and cultural activities such as group calisthenics as performance activities, district sports meeting, school sports meeting, etc. The performance form is small group calisthenics, the number of participants is about 80-100 people, the number of activities is about 1-2 times, the participants are PE teachers, college group calisthenics teachers and related professional students. The main reason for the above problems is that the government, society, education and other departments have not issued the relevant policies on group calisthenics. To carry out, organize related group calisthenics training, lecture is poor. There is no clear group calisthenics arrangement flow for PE teachers to refer to. Many sports colleges and universities can not meet the needs after joining the work in view of the opening of group calisthenics courses. School leaders and physical education teachers do not pay enough attention to carrying out group calisthenics activities. Students also did not actively participate in the activities of the corresponding countermeasures: national, social, physical education related departments can be targeted at continuing education, national programs, lecturers lectures, Coaches guide to increase PE teachers' understanding, arrangement and innovation ability of group calisthenics. Colleges and universities carry out group calisthenics related courses. Strengthen school leadership, physical education teachers understanding degree, increase group calisthenics activity funds. Do a good job in the school publicity work, so that students volunteer to participate in group calisthenics.
