基于品茗空间的中韩茶文化比较研究

【摘要】:韩国茶文化起源于中国,有悠久的历史,是两国文化交流的结晶。因茶而产生的品茗空间,是茶文化的主要承载。中韩古代品茗空间,蕴含着共同的茶文化元素,又凝结着各自的民族特性。对中韩古代品茗空间进行比较,不仅可以进一步了解韩国文化的渊源和传承,而且有益于深入挖掘韩国的民族特性,理解中国文化在传承过程中求同存异与和谐发展的美德。本论文将中韩品茗空间分为室内和室外两种形式,通过中韩古代茶画、壁画和品茗空间遗址等图片资料,分析中韩古代品茗空间的共性与特色,以期能更好地传承和发展优秀的传统文化,促进两国文化交流与茶业发展。主要有以下研究成果。1.韩国品茗空间的民族特色韩国茶文化,得力于僧人、贵族和商旅的推动,是一种自上而下普及的高雅文化。韩国室外品茗空间,融入了本民族的花郎精神,是一种崇尚自然,有着积极价值观的文化空间。同时,韩国室内品茗空间,恪守儒家礼教,是一种仪式感很强的品茗空间。2.中韩古代品茗空间均体现儒释道思想中韩文士的厅堂楼阁品茗空间,追求风雅,体现儒家思想。中韩僧人的寺院品茗空间,追求素雅,以茶清修,体现佛教思想。中韩室外品茗空间,注重人与自然的关系,体现道家思想。3.中韩室内品茗空间的功能相似中韩室内品茗空间,均可分为待客空间和独处空间两种形式。待客空间主要有厅堂和楼阁,体现儒家的世俗会客茶礼;独处空间主要有精舍和茶屋,是个人精神的安放之所,体现儒家的慎独思想。4.中韩室外品茗空间的儒道侧重点不同中国自然品茗空间,以道家思想为核心,体现遁世情怀;韩国自然品茗空间,偏重儒家思想,体现入世情怀。中国文士,喜欢在高山流水之中,蕴养性灵之美;韩国文士,喜欢在高台望月之中,彰显青云之志。一个平和,一个励志,体现中韩室外品茗空间的侧重点不同。5.中韩品茗空间中儒家与佛教的关系不同中国文士茶画,常常在文士的品茗空间中,加入佛教和道教名人。通过文士与方外高人的交往,体现茶文化的张力和文雅,实现儒茶的道化;与此不同,韩国文士茶画,很少涉及佛道人物,体现了韩国品茗空间中儒与佛关系的疏远。总之,中韩两国一衣带水,在政治、经济和文化上都有很深的渊源。两国文化深受儒释道思想的影响,造就古代品茗空间的构成要素相似,只在侧重点上体现不同。
[Abstract]:Korean tea culture originated in China, has a long history, is the crystallization of cultural exchanges between the two countries. Tea is the main bearing of tea culture. The ancient tea-tasting space of China and Korea contains common elements of tea culture and condenses their national characteristics. Comparing the ancient tea space between China and Korea can not only further understand the origin and inheritance of Korean culture, but also benefit to dig into the national characteristics of Korea and understand the virtues of seeking common ground while reserving differences and developing harmoniously in the process of Chinese culture inheritance. In this paper, the Chinese and Korean tea drinking space is divided into indoor and outdoor forms. Through the ancient Chinese and Korean tea paintings, murals and tea space sites, the common features and common features of the ancient Chinese and Korean tea space are analyzed. In order to better inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture, promote the cultural exchange and tea industry development between the two countries. There are mainly the following research results. Korean tea culture, promoted by monks, aristocrats and business travelers, is an elegant culture popularized from top to bottom. South Korea outdoor tea space, into the spirit of the nation's flower Lang, is a kind of advocating nature, with positive values of the cultural space. At the same time, Korea indoor tea space, adhere to Confucian etiquette, is a strong sense of ritual tea space. 2. The ancient tea space of China and Korea embodies Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Chinese and South Korean monasteries of tea space, pursuit of simplicity, tea to the Qing Dynasty, reflect the Buddhist thought. China and South Korea outdoor tea space, pay attention to the relationship between man and nature, reflect Taoist thought. 3. The function of indoor tea space between China and Korea is similar, which can be divided into hospitality space and solitude space. Guest space mainly has halls and pavilions, reflecting the Confucian secular tea ceremony, while the solitary space mainly contains fine rooms and tea houses, which is the place where the individual spirit is laid, and reflects the Confucian thought of being cautious and independent. The Chinese and South Korean outdoor tea space focuses on different Chinese natural tea space, with Taoism as the core, reflects the feelings of recluse; Korean natural tea space, emphasis on Confucianism, reflect the feelings of joining the WTO. Chinese literati, like in the high mountain water, nourish the beauty of the spirit; Korean scholar, like in the high moon, show the spirit of the clouds. A peaceful, an inspirational, reflects the Chinese and South Korean outdoor tea space emphasis is different. 5. The relationship between Confucianism and Buddhism in Chinese and Korean tea spaces is different from that of Chinese literati tea paintings, and Buddhist and Taoist celebrities are often added to the Chinese literati's tea space. Through the communication between literati and high people outside Fang, the tension and elegance of tea culture are embodied, and the Taoism of Confucian tea is realized. In contrast to this, Korean literati's tea painting rarely involves the figures of Buddhism and Taoism, which reflects the alienation of the relationship between Confucianism and Buddhism in the space of Korean tea. In short, China and South Korea have deep political, economic and cultural ties. The two cultures were deeply influenced by Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism.
