经济全球化背景下的高校产学研演进态势析论

【摘要】：经济全球化的到来对高等教育系统以及大学的战略结构产生了巨大冲击。高等教育的政治经济特性日益凸显,逐渐由强调公众与集体利益的社会组织转向以经济目标为主和以市场为导向的行业。伴随着政府角色的转变、新管理主义的盛行以及学术资本主义的新兴,知识研究的卓越、创新和与市场需求的相关性被提升到新的高度,大学的战略管理和组织结构发生适应性变革。而作为高等教育核心和基础的学术工作,也深受其影响,在学术自由、教师角色、学术生产力和学者身份四个方面呈现出新的变化和特征。
[Abstract]:The arrival of economic globalization has had a great impact on the higher education system and the strategic structure of universities. The political and economic characteristics of higher education become more and more prominent, and the social organizations which emphasize the public and collective interests gradually turn to the industries which focus on economic objectives and market oriented. With the transformation of the role of government, the prevalence of neo-managementism, the emergence of academic capitalism, the excellence of knowledge research, innovation and relevance to market demand have been raised to a new level. The university's strategic management and organizational structure have undergone adaptive changes. As the core and foundation of higher education, academic work is also deeply influenced by it, showing new changes and characteristics in four aspects: academic freedom, teacher's role, academic productivity and academic identity.
