【摘要】：本文以生产和消费的结构为出发点,以马克思关于生产和消费辩证关系的解释为指导,重新详细地分析生产与消费的辩证关系,并指出是消费引导生产、生产促进消费是当代的生产和消费的关系。关于现阶段生产与消费的关系和它们的总体结构与运行规律的是本文的新见解,为了更好的分析生产和消费,笔者从我国的产业结构入手,分别对我国的生产结构和消费结构进行分析,发现我国的经济结构的总体水平不断优化的背景下,但是工业为主导的产业结构、第一产业较为薄弱、第三产业还不发达这种不协调的产业结构始终难以摆脱,消费需求并未成为经济增长的生力军,需求结构几乎还是以投资需求和出口需求为主导,要实现我国经济长期稳定增长,正确有效的方法是要保证总量增长的基础上,加速经济结构转型促进经济的协调发展,不能仅仅依靠不断的投入生产要素。从中国经济结构转变的视角促进经济增长模式的转型是中国未来经济增长的方向,应以经济结构改革提升经济增长质量,促进经济快速、协调、健康增长。总的来说本文从生产和消费的关系与当前我国宏观经济实际运行相结合,论述了正确处理生产与消费的意义,充分认识生产和消费关系在宏观经济运行背后所引发的深层矛盾,具体问题具体对待,探索本质原因,为中国在宏观经济运行中正确处理生产和消费的关系提供政策性建议。
[Abstract]:With the structure of production and consumption as the starting point and Marx's explanation of the dialectical relationship between production and consumption as the guide, this paper reanalyzes the dialectical relationship between production and consumption in detail, and points out that it is consumption that guides production. Production promotes consumption is the contemporary relationship between production and consumption. In order to better analyze production and consumption, the relationship between production and consumption and their overall structure and operation law are the new views of this paper. The author starts with the industrial structure of our country, analyzes the production structure and consumption structure of our country, and finds out that under the background that the overall level of the economic structure of our country is constantly optimized, but industry is the leading industrial structure. The primary industry is relatively weak, the third industry is still underdeveloped this uncoordinated industrial structure has always been difficult to get rid of, consumer demand has not become the new force of economic growth. The structure of demand is almost still dominated by investment demand and export demand. In order to achieve long-term stable growth of our economy, the correct and effective method is to ensure the growth of total amount. Accelerating the transformation of the economic structure to promote the coordinated development of the economy can not only rely on the constant input factors of production. From the perspective of the transformation of China's economic structure to promote the transformation of the economic growth model is the direction of future economic growth in China. We should improve the quality of economic growth with the reform of economic structure, promote the rapid, coordinated and healthy growth of the economy. In general, this paper combines the relationship between production and consumption with the actual operation of China's macro-economy. This paper discusses the significance of correctly dealing with production and consumption, fully understands the deep contradiction caused by the relationship between production and consumption behind the macro-economic operation, deals with concrete problems and explores the essential reasons. To provide policy advice for China to correctly handle the relationship between production and consumption in the macroeconomic operation.
