【摘要】：良好的生态环境是人类赖以生存的基础,是发展最富竞争力的资源,是最普惠的民生福祉。西丰县始终把生态作为发展之基、立县之本,通过重视生态保护、利用资源涵养、打造产业链条、建设反哺生态以实现可持续发展。
