【摘要】：经济空间结构是指各种经济活动在区域内的空间分布状态及空间组合形式,反映了以资源开发和人类经济活动场所形成的以产业区位为中心问题的空间分异与组织关系,是各种物质实体要素构成某种空间联系和作用关系的总和。经济联系表现为经济实体区域间相互作用和关系,它是城市与区域经济空间结构形成的重要原因。基于两者的关系,本文从经济联系视角来探讨河南省经济空间结构优化显得十分有意义。本文综合运用区域经济学、城市经济学、产业经济学、微观经济学、宏观经济学、经济地理学等学科知识,运用理论和计量分析方法相结合的方法,对河南省经济空间结构优化进行研究。本文回顾了经济空间结构研究的基本理论,综合河南省的社会经济发展现状,对河南省经济空间结构现状进行分析,再从经济联系视角,对河南省经济空间结构进行分析,最后提出河南省经济空间结构优化策略。现阶段,河南省经济空间结构的特征为城市空间等级体系齐全、形成东西和南北发展轴、形成圈层结构,但也存在许多问题,如省会郑州规模较小、网状结构内部存在不平衡现象、一体化程度低、内部核心城市经济实力不强。针对这些问题,对河南省经济空间结构优化显得尤为必要。对河南省经济空间结构优化过程中,首先,从优化原则进行探讨,主要包括空间等级结合原则、发展阶段原则、核心-外围一体化原则、内力与外力相结合原则等；其次,对河南省经济空间结构优化策略进行探究,主要从城市等级规模结构措施和城市经济空间结构优化措施两方面进行,从重点发展省会郑州、大力整合小城镇、加强城市空间组团、提高城市化水平来进行城市等级规模结构,从强化发展轴线、构建新的联系通道、构建协调联动的内外圈层来进行经济空间结构优化；最后,提出河南省经济空间结构优化的保障措施,主要从产业措施、基础设施、制度措施等方面来分析。
[Abstract]:Economic spatial structure refers to the spatial distribution and spatial combination of various economic activities in the region. It reflects the spatial differentiation and organizational relationship of the industrial location which is formed by the exploitation of resources and the place of human economic activities. It is the summation of some kind of spatial relation and action relation that each kind of material entity element forms. The economic connection is expressed as the interaction and relation between regions of economic entity. It is an important reason for the formation of urban and regional economic spatial structure. Based on the relationship between the two, it is of great significance to discuss the optimization of economic spatial structure in Henan Province from the angle of economic connection. This paper uses the knowledge of regional economics, urban economics, industrial economics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, economic geography and so on, and applies the method of combining theory with econometric analysis. This paper reviews the basic theory of the study of economic spatial structure, synthesizes the present situation of social and economic development in Henan Province, and analyzes the present situation of economic spatial structure of Henan Province. From the angle of economic connection, this paper analyzes the economic spatial structure of Henan Province, and finally puts forward the optimization strategy of economic spatial structure of Henan Province. At present, the economic spatial structure of Henan Province is characterized by the complete urban spatial hierarchy system, the formation of east-west and north-south development axis, the formation of ring structure, but there are also many problems, such as the size of the provincial capital Zhengzhou is small. There is imbalance in the network structure, low degree of integration and weak economic strength of the inner core city. It is particularly necessary to optimize the economic spatial structure of Henan Province. In the process of optimizing the economic spatial structure of Henan Province, first of all, the optimization principle is discussed, including the principle of spatial grade combination and the principle of development stage. The principle of integration of core and periphery, the principle of combination of internal force and external force, etc. Secondly, the optimization strategy of economic spatial structure of Henan Province is explored, mainly from two aspects of urban grade scale structure measures and urban economic spatial structure optimization measures, from the focus of the development of the provincial capital Zhengzhou. We should make great efforts to integrate small towns, strengthen the formation of urban space, improve the level of urbanization to carry out the structure of urban grade scale, strengthen the axis of development, and construct new communication channels. To optimize the economic spatial structure by constructing a coordinated inner and outer circle; Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of economic spatial structure optimization in Henan Province, mainly from the aspects of industrial measures, infrastructure, institutional measures and so on.
