区域产业环境与企业经营绩效关系的实证研究：差异性及变动性测量视角

【摘要】：我国是一个典型的“非均衡”经济,为缩小地区差异,促进区域经济和社会的协调发展,“十一五”期间我国先后实行了“西部大开发”、“振兴东北老工业基地”、“中部崛起”等区域发展战略,但是经济“非均衡”态势从总体上没有根本得到改变。研究区域产业环境差异性及其与企业经营绩效之间的关系、作用机理,对于我们基于产业环境特征发展特色产业,以及基于企业成长规律优化相应产业环境都有着非常重要的意义。本文在对区域产业环境和企业经营绩效影响因素理论分析的基础上,以全国31个省(市、区)及其沪深上市公司为研究样本,全面收集了“十一五”时期区域产业环境和企业经营绩效的相关数据,并将样本按照四大经济区域(东部、东北部、中部、西部)进行划分,研究了四大经济区域在“生产要素”、“需求条件”、“相关支持产业”、“产业组织结构”和“政府行为”五个方面的区域产业环境发展现状,应用熵值法确定区域产业环境构成要素的权重,对四大经济区域产业环境现状以及区域企业经营绩效进行了综合评价,并通过聚类分析法,将全国31个省(市、区)产业发展环境界定为“强势型”、“优势型”、“弱势型”和“劣势型”四种类型,企业经营绩效划定为“优、良、中”三种类型。实证研究结果表明,我国的区域产业发展环境仍然存在十分明显的差异,区域企业经营绩效也呈现出类似的区域差异性,表明区域产业环境在一定程度上仍然是影响区域企业经营绩效的重要因素。但是区域产业环境构成要素中单项要素对区域企业经营绩效的影响并不十分显著,统筹兼顾、从整体上提升区域产业环境的各方面要素,为企业经营与发展提供良好的平台,才能更有助于企业经营绩效的整体提升,论文据此提出了相关政策建议。图22幅,表22个,参考文献132篇
[Abstract]:China is a typical "unbalanced" economy, in order to reduce regional differences, To promote the coordinated development of regional economy and society, during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, China has successively implemented such regional development strategies as "the Great Development of the West", "Revitalizing the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China", "the rise of the Central region", and so on. However, the situation of economic "disequilibrium" has not been fundamentally changed on the whole. The study of the relationship between regional industrial environmental differences and enterprise performance, the mechanism of action, and the development of characteristic industries based on the characteristics of industrial environment, It is very important to optimize the corresponding industrial environment based on the law of enterprise growth. Based on the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the regional industrial environment and the performance of enterprises, this paper takes 31 provinces (cities and districts) and their listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as the research samples. Collecting the relevant data of the regional industrial environment and enterprise management performance in the 11th Five-Year Plan period, and dividing the samples according to the four major economic regions (eastern, northeast, central and western). This paper studies the current situation of regional industrial environment development in four economic regions in five aspects: production factors, demand conditions, relevant supporting industries, industrial organization structure and government behavior. By using entropy method to determine the weight of regional industrial environment elements, the paper comprehensively evaluates the present situation of the industrial environment and the management performance of regional enterprises in the four major economic regions, and through cluster analysis, 31 provinces (cities) in the whole country are analyzed. The industrial development environment is defined as "strong type", "advantage type", "weak type" and "inferior type". The empirical results show that there are still very obvious differences in the regional industrial development environment in China, and the performance of regional enterprises also shows similar regional differences. It shows that the regional industrial environment is still an important factor affecting the performance of regional enterprises to a certain extent, but the single element of the regional industrial environment elements does not have a significant impact on the performance of regional enterprises. Only by promoting all aspects of the regional industrial environment as a whole and providing a good platform for enterprise management and development, can it be more conducive to the overall improvement of business performance. Based on this, the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations. 132 references
