【摘要】：正纵观改革开放以来中国基本经济制度的变迁历程,一个显著的特点是公有制经济的内部结构及其在国民经济中的地位、实现形式发生了重大变化。首先,经过30多年的改革,集体经济大都通过改制转变为非公有制经济,因此,当前公有制经济主要体现为国有经济或由国有经济控股的混合所有制经济。第二,从总体上看,公有制经济尤其是国有经济通过战略调整,整体质量、效率有所提高,但数量大大下降。第三,改革开放前,公有制经济在国
