【摘要】：随着改革开放的深入和经济的迅猛发展,县域经济在得到极大的发展的同时也受到了众多的关注,学术界对其的研究不断加深。县域经济作为城乡社会和经济发展的基本要素,在我国经济运行过程中发挥重要的纽带作用,占据了国土总面积的94%的县域国土以及占据人口总量70%的县域人口使得县域经济在国民经济中的实力不容小觑。纵观县域经济的发展现状,在改革的春风之下,县域经济呈现出腾飞态势,各方面较之以往有了翻天覆地之变化。但客观而言之,由于受资金、技术、人才等条件制约,县域经济的发展仍难以与城域经济企及和抗衡,并日益成为国民经济进一步发展壮大的桎梏。本文以蛟河市县域经济为研究对象,以马克思主义关于辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本观点为理论基础,以区域经济学理论与发展经济学理论为指导,借鉴产业经济学、制度经济学、金融学等相关学科的研究方法,对蛟河市县域经济发展进行研究。本文从县域经济的概述入手,对其内涵、特点以及地位和作用等进行了分析说明。同时,通过对马克思主义理论以及党和国家领导人对区域经济及其发展思想的叙述,阐明县域经济的理论基础,分析蛟河市县域经济的发展现状,从农村面貌、农村经济、农民收入以及劳动力资源配置这三个方面对蛟河市县域经济在改革开放三十余年来的前后状况进行对比,通过详实的数据证明了蛟河县域经济的显著进步。同时,通过对其整体状况的研究,指出其在产业机构、人才推进以及整体布局方面存在的问题,具体指出了蛟河县域经济在发展中遇到的限制和桎梏,并针对发展中的问题着手,进一步从加强基础设施、调整产业结构、拓宽融资渠道等角度提出了若干助力蛟河市县域经济发展的对策和建议。论文相关理论和方法的运用为蛟河市县域经济的发展方向和发展前途提出了规划,提供了重要的参考依据。全方位、多维角度的对策和建议的提出,也为促进蛟河市县域经济的发展拓展了全面系统的视角,对促进蛟河市县域经济的整体发展有着重要的意义。同时,通过对蛟河市县域经济的研究探讨,提出一些切实可行的发展路径,使论文具有较强的科学性、实用性以及可操作性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the rapid development of the economy, the county economy has received a lot of attention while it has been greatly developed, and the research on it has been deepened in academic circles. As a basic element of the urban and rural social and economic development, the county economy is a basic element of the development of urban and rural society and economy. Play an important role as a link in the course of China's economic operation, The county territory, which occupies 94% of the total land area and the county population of 70% people, makes the strength of the county economy in the national economy not to be underestimated. Looking at the development situation of the county economy, under the spring wind of reform, The county economy has taken off and has changed dramatically compared with the past. But objectively speaking, due to the constraints of capital, technology and talents, it is still difficult for the development of county economy to compete with the urban economy. And increasingly become the shackles of the further development of the national economy. This paper takes the county economy of Jiaohe City as the research object, takes the Marxist basic viewpoints on dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the theoretical basis, and takes the regional economics theory and the development economics theory as the guidance, and draws lessons from the industrial economics. This paper studies the development of county economy in Jiaohe City by means of institutional economics, finance and other related disciplines. This paper begins with an overview of county economy, analyzes its connotation, characteristics, status and function. At the same time, Through the narration of Marxist theory and the party and state leaders' thoughts on regional economy and its development, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of county economy, analyzes the present situation of the development of county economy in Jiaohe City, and analyzes the present situation of the development of the county economy in Jiaohe City from the perspective of rural appearance and rural economy. This paper compares the situation of county economy in Jiaohe City before and after 30 years of reform and opening up from the three aspects of farmers' income and labor resource allocation, and proves the remarkable progress of Jiaohe county economy through detailed data. Through the study of its overall situation, this paper points out the existing problems in industrial organization, talent promotion and overall layout, and points out the constraints and shackles encountered in the development of Jiaohe County economy, and aims at the problems in the development. Further efforts should be made to strengthen infrastructure and readjust the industrial structure. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to help Jiaohe county economic development from the angle of widening financing channels. The application of relevant theories and methods in this paper provides a plan for the development direction and future of Jiaohe county economy. It provides an important reference basis. The comprehensive and multidimensional countermeasures and suggestions have also developed a comprehensive and systematic perspective for promoting the development of the county economy in Jiaohe City. It is of great significance to promote the overall development of the county economy in Jiaohe City. At the same time, through the research and discussion of the county economy in Jiaohe City, some feasible development paths are put forward to make the thesis more scientific.
