黑龙江省技术创新对循环经济的影响研究

【摘要】：本文以黑龙江省技术创新对循环经济的具体影响情况为研究目的。循环经济是遵循生态规律，依照减量化、再循环、再利用的原则，采取经济、技术和管理等措施，实现低消耗、高利用、低污染的活动，是符合可持续发展理念的经济发展模式。过去，黑龙江省经济发展以传统工业为主，一直是高消耗、高污染的粗放式发展模式。为了实现可持续发展，黑龙江省政府提倡大力发展循环经济，，并制定了相关的战略规划。任何一种经济的发展都离不开技术的进步，循环经济也不例外，我们认为循环经济是一种技术范式的革命，黑龙江省也将技术创新列为战略规划中的一项重要内容。本文首先通过对国内外相关研究进行梳理和总结，了解技术创新与循环经济的相关研究现状。然后对循环经济与技术创新的关系进行了简单介绍，为下文的研究奠定了理论基础。再次分析了黑龙江省技术创新与循环经济发展的现状，了解到了黑龙江省发展循环经济的必要性，以及技术创新投入产出现状，为本文的研究提供了现实意义。接下来针对黑龙江省实际情况，对技术创新对循环经济的影响进行了实证分析，首先需要明确技术创新与循环经济之间是否存在因果关系，文章利用格兰杰因果关系检验，得到了黑龙江省技术创新与循环经济之间存在单向不可逆的因果关系。之后利用回归分析，首先得到了技术创新作为影响循环经济的要素之一，与其他指标相比对循环经济有明显优势的拉动作用，在此基础上，将技术创新单独列出，详细论述了技术创新对循环经济的影响情况。最后，根据文章研究的结果，为黑龙江省如何提高技术创新以推动循环经济的发展提出了对策建议，为黑龙江省大力提高创新能力提供了智力支持与理论依据。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Heilongjiang province technology innovation specific impact on the situation of circular economy as the research objective. The circular economy is to follow the laws of ecology, in accordance with the reduction, recycling, re-use of the principle, take economic, technical and management measures, to achieve low consumption, high utilization, low pollution, is in line with the concept of sustainable development and economic development model. In the past, the economic development of Heilongjiang Province in the traditional industries, has always been a high consumption, high pollution, extensive mode of development. In order to achieve sustainable development, the Heilongjiang provincial government vigorously promote the development of circular economy, and formulate the relevant strategic planning. Any economic development cannot do without the progress of technology, circular economy is no exception, we believe that the circular economy is a kind of technology paradigm revolution, Heilongjiang province will be technological innovation as an important content of strategic planning.
This paper firstly summarizes relevant studies at home and abroad and summarizes the related research status about technology innovation and recycling economy. Then the relationship between circular economy and technology innovation are introduced, laying the theoretical foundation for the following research. Thirdly analyzes the present situation of Heilongjiang province technology innovation and the development of circular economy, to understand the necessity of the development of circular economy in Heilongjiang Province, and the technological innovation input and output current, provides practical significance for the research of this paper. Then according to the actual situation in Heilongjiang Province, the technological innovation of circular economy of an empirical analysis, first need to clear whether there is a causal relationship between technology innovation and circular economy, this article by Grainger causality the relationship between the test, there is one-way causal relationship between the irreversible Heilongjiang province technology innovation and recycling economy. After use Regression analysis has been the first technological innovation as one of the factors affect the circular economy, compared with other indexes of pulling effect has obvious advantages of circular economy, on the basis of technological innovation can be listed separately, discusses the impact of technological innovation on the circular economy situation. Finally, according to the research results, Heilongjiang Province how to improve the technological innovation to promote the development of circular economy and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to provide intellectual support and theoretical basis for Heilongjiang province to improve the innovation ability.
