试论低碳视角下的产业园区规划设计

【摘要】：低碳经济是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为特征的经济发展模式,其本质是能源高效利用、清洁能源开发和追求绿色发展,核心是低碳能源和减排技术创新、产业结构调整和制度创新以及发展观念的转变等。当今世界,发展低碳经济已经成为一个重要趋势,人类进入工业社会后,发展步伐超过了以往一切时代。当人们享受经济增长带来的好处时,也不得不面对日益突出的资源环境问题。进入新世纪特别是近年来,许多国家注重把发展低碳经济、绿色经济作为推动经济结构调整的重要举措。低碳经济的发展表明,人类社会可以找到一种既符合应对气候变化、保护生态环境要求,又有利于提高经济效率、促进经济发展的新模式。
[Abstract]:Low-carbon economy is an economic development model characterized by low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission. Its essence is energy efficient utilization, clean energy development and the pursuit of green development, the core of which is low-carbon energy and technological innovation of emission reduction.
