基于生态势理论的产学研知识链管理研究

【摘要】：产学研合作促进了技术进步和经济发展,是加快我国技术创新步伐的重要方式。根据自己在资源、人才、资金等方面的优势,产学研合作各方将企业的实践经验、教学方的书本知识和科研方的研究成果相结合,以实现各方以及整个组织的效率最大化。随着知识经济时代的到来,知识的关键作用已经受到了重视。产学研合作作为提升产业技术能力和竞争能力的重要机制,是通过知识的流动进行的,进而形成知识链,因此,要想提高产学研合作的运行效率,就要对产学研合作中的知识链进行管理。综上所述,对产学研合作中的知识链管理进行研究具有重要意义。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,运用生态势理论研究产学研知识链,其隐含的基本假设是把特定地区的产学研知识链系统看作一个生态系统,运用系统动力学的方法研究其运行机理。论文首先阐述了研究的背景、目的及意义,通过对国内外研究现状进行回顾并加以评述,构建了文章的结构框架。在对产学研知识链管理相关理论进行介绍的基础上,分析了目前我国产学研合作的现状,探讨了我国产学研合作中存在的不足之处,从而提出以生态势为视角研究产学研知识链管理的理论基础。通过对于产学研知识链生态系统的生态因子进行确定,建立了产学研知识链管理模型,并运用系统动力学方法对其进行仿真。为了对模型的科学性和有效性进行验证,根据已建立的产学研知识链管理模型对蒙牛集团进行实证分析,提出产学研知识链管理的对策与建议,以期对我国其他产学研合作组织提供一定理论指导。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of industry, university and research has promoted technological progress and economic development, and is an important way to speed up the pace of technological innovation in China.According to their own advantages in resources, talents, funds and so on, the parties to the cooperation of industry, college and research combine the practical experience of the enterprise, the book knowledge of the teaching side and the research results of the research side, in order to maximize the efficiency of the parties and the whole organization.With the arrival of knowledge economy era, the key role of knowledge has been paid attention to.As an important mechanism to enhance the industrial technical ability and competitive ability, the cooperation between industry, university and research is carried out through the flow of knowledge, and then forms the knowledge chain. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of the cooperation between industry, college and research,Must carry on the management to the knowledge chain in the industry, the university and the research cooperation.To sum up, it is of great significance to study the knowledge chain management in the cooperation of industry, university and research.Based on the previous research results, this paper applies the theory of life situation to study the knowledge chain of production, learning and research. The implicit basic assumption is that the knowledge chain system of production, learning and research in a specific area is regarded as an ecosystem.The system dynamics method is used to study its operation mechanism.Firstly, the background, purpose and significance of the research are expounded, and the structural framework of the paper is constructed by reviewing and reviewing the current research situation at home and abroad.Based on the introduction of the theory of knowledge chain management in industry, college and research, the paper analyzes the present situation of industry, education and research cooperation in our country, and discusses the shortcomings of the industry, education and research cooperation in our country.Therefore, the theoretical basis of knowledge chain management in industry, university and research is put forward from the perspective of students' situation.By determining the ecological factors of the knowledge chain of industry, college and research, the management model of knowledge chain is established, and the system dynamics method is used to simulate the model.In order to verify the scientific nature and validity of the model, this paper makes an empirical analysis of Mengniu Group on the basis of the established knowledge chain management model, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the knowledge chain management.In order to provide some theoretical guidance to other industry, college and research cooperation organizations in China.
