构建让创新源泉充分涌流的创新机制

【摘要】：正时代在发展,我国当前的经济也已经在诸多方面的推动下跃居世界前列。而我国经济发展的重要依赖就是三大驱动动力,即投责驱动、要素驱动和创新驱动。纵观我国当前的整体国情能够发现,包括国家在内的任何组织机构都在进行着大力的"创新",甚至各个企业的行为都是在相应国家"意志"的号召,唯有全面地、更深层次地激发出创新要素的活力,才能最大程度创造出合作的创新。所谓"让创新源泉充分涌流",正是我国当前改革发展的全新要求,推动国家建设发展的重要力量就是要强化社会利益的引导,以全新的战略驱动机制的创新,规避风险、激励人才并促进文化。该文将以此为出发点,对创新机制创新源泉的涌流做初步探讨。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, China's current economy has leapt to the top of the world under the impetus of many aspects. The economic development of our country depends on three driving forces, namely, investment-responsibility drive, factor-driven and innovation-driven. Looking at the overall situation of our country, we can find that any organization, including the state, is carrying out vigorous "innovation", and even the behavior of each enterprise is a call of "will" in the corresponding country, only in a comprehensive way. In order to create cooperative innovation to the greatest extent, we can stimulate the vitality of innovation elements at a deeper level. The so-called "let the source of innovation flow fully" is exactly the new requirement of the current reform and development of our country. The important force to promote the development of the country is to strengthen the guidance of social interests, to drive the innovation of the mechanism with a completely new strategy, and to avoid risks.
