创新竞争力及其影响因素的国际比较研究

【摘要】：创新是一个国家持久发展的根本源泉,是一个国家繁荣昌盛的内在基础。近代以来,世界各国竞争的重点是创新的竞争,创新竞争力成为一个国家综合实力的重要代表。进入21世纪,中国站在民族复兴的伟大历史舞台上,提高本国创新竞争力是我们实现“强国梦”的必然要求。因此,本文希望通过对世界各国创新竞争力和创新竞争力影响因素的国际比较来确定中国目前在世界上所处的排名位置,并研究创新竞争力及其影响因素的相关关系来为中国提高创新竞争力提出正确的建议。本文选取30个国家作为样本,运用1996——2010年面板数据对创新竞争力及其影响因素进行经验分析,从创新基础、创新投入和创新产出三个方面选取12个因素作为创新竞争力的影响因素,以专利作为创新竞争力的量化指标,先对12个影响因素指标进行多重共线性检验,再应用因子分析方法提取出创新总量因子、创新人均因子和创新结构因子,最后进行面板数据的回归并对各个变量进行还原。研究结果发现：中国创新竞争力影响因素综合得分排名上升很快,由1996年的第19名上升到2010年的第3名。创新竞争力12个影响因素对创新竞争力均具有促进作用,影响最大的是人均RD总支出、RD占GDP比例、人均GDP、每百人因特网用户数和每千人就业人员中研发人员数量。创新竞争力影响因素综合得分上升很快的国家,它们的创新竞争力往往也得到了很大的提高。创新竞争力影响因素综合得分和排名高的国家并不一定代表它的每一项因子得分和排名都很高；相反,创新竞争力影响因素得分和排名低的国家并不一定代表它的每一项因子得分和排名都很低。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the fundamental source of a country's sustainable development and the internal foundation of a country's prosperity. Since modern times, the emphasis of competition in the world is the competition of innovation, and the competitiveness of innovation has become an important representative of a country's comprehensive strength. In the 21st century, China stands on the great historical stage of national rejuvenation. Therefore, this paper hopes to determine China's current ranking position in the world by comparing the factors that affect innovation competitiveness and innovation competitiveness of various countries in the world. This paper also studies the relationship between innovation competitiveness and its influencing factors in order to put forward correct suggestions for China to improve innovation competitiveness. In this paper, 30 countries are selected as samples, and the empirical analysis of innovation competitiveness and its influencing factors is carried out by using panel data from 1996 to 2010. This paper selects 12 factors as the influencing factors of innovation competitiveness from three aspects of innovation input and innovation output, and takes patent as the quantitative index of innovation competitiveness. Then factor analysis was used to extract the total innovation factor, innovation per capita factor and innovation structure factor. Finally, the panel data were regressed and each variable was reduced. The results show that the comprehensive score of influencing factors of innovation competitiveness in China is rising rapidly, from 19th in 1996 to 3rd in 2010. There are 12 factors that influence the competitiveness of innovation. The most important factors are the proportion of total R D expenditure to GDP, the number of Internet users per 100 people and the number of R & D personnel per thousand people employed. The countries whose comprehensive score of influencing factors of innovation competitiveness rise rapidly, their innovation competitiveness is also greatly improved. Countries with a combined score and high ranking of factors affecting innovation competitiveness do not necessarily represent high scores and rankings for each of its factors; on the contrary, Countries with low scores and rankings for influencing factors of innovation competitiveness do not necessarily mean that each factor has a low score and ranking.
