中国技术进步技能偏向性效应研究

【摘要】：本文通过构建内生化教育选择和劳动时间供给的技术进步技能偏向性两部门模型，定义了技术进步技能偏向性指数并根据微观数据测算了我国技术进步技能偏向性指数的大小。之后对模型进行数值模拟以研究我国技术进步技能偏向性的变化对高等教育选择、劳动时间和不同学历劳动力的工资差距的影响。研究发现，2000年至2009年我国技术进步技能偏向性指数在不断增加，，并且呈加速态势。技术进步技能偏向性的增加对总产出以及技能劳动和非技能劳动的工资都有正向作用，但同时也拉大了两种工资的差距。特别的，无偏技术进步的增加能在一定程度上遏制技术进步技能偏向性对工资差距的扩大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the biases index of technological progress skills is defined by constructing a two-sector model of technological progress skill bias in the selection of endogenous biochemical education and labor time supply, and the size of technical progress skill bias index in China is calculated according to microcosmic data. Then the numerical simulation is carried out to study the influence of the technological advancement skill bias on the choice of higher education, labor time and the wage gap of labor force with different degrees of education in China. From 2000 to 2009, the technical progress bias index of our country is increasing, and it is accelerating. The increase of technological progress's skill bias has a positive effect on the total output and the wages of skilled and unskilled labor, but it also widens the gap between the two kinds of wages. In particular, the increase of unbiased technological progress can to some extent curb the widening of the wage gap due to the bias of technological progress.
