云南省收入分配实证研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,中国经济实现了高速增长,取得令世界瞩目的成绩。但近年来,中国居民收入分配问题引起了社会各界广泛的关注。国家统计局10年来首次公布的数据也反映出了收入分配不合理现状。过大的收入分配差距对国内消费市场产生制约,不利于经济的持续快速增长。同时,由收入分配不公会造成了社会的不稳定和不和谐隐患。古语云,“不患寡而患不均”,收入分配的问题也成为当前我国公共政策领域研究的焦点。收入分配问题涉及政治、经济等多个领域,因而对收入分配问题的规范研究就更加需要建立在实证分析的基础之上。基于以上考量,本文以云南省1990-2011年的居民收入数据为基础,通过城乡居民收入对比、行业收入对比、区域收入对比、与省外收入对比等多个维度来揭示云南居民的收入分配现状,探究收入分配的影响因素。在分析过程中采用了定量分析和经验分析的两种方法。以云南省为缩影,进而延伸对中国收入分配问题的探究,同时借鉴国外收入分配制度的有益启示,最后探索性地围绕初次分配和再次分配阶段,进一步提出了改善当前收入分配现状的措施建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved high-speed growth, and achieved remarkable results in the world. However, in recent years, the income distribution of Chinese residents has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. The National Bureau of Statistics's data for the first time in 10 years also reflects the irrational distribution of income. The excessive income distribution gap restricts the domestic consumption market and is not conducive to the sustained and rapid growth of the economy. At the same time, unfair income distribution will cause social instability and disharmony. As the old saying goes, "the problem of income distribution has become the focus in the field of public policy." The problem of income distribution involves many fields, such as politics, economy and so on. Therefore, the normative research on income distribution needs to be based on empirical analysis. Based on the above considerations, this paper is based on the data of residents' income from 1990 to 2011 in Yunnan Province. Through the income comparison between urban and rural residents, industry income comparison, regional income comparison, and other dimensions of income comparison with the outside province to reveal the current situation of income distribution of Yunnan residents, to explore the impact factors of income distribution. In the process of analysis, two methods of quantitative analysis and empirical analysis are adopted. Taking Yunnan Province as the epitome, and then extending the study of China's income distribution, and learning from the beneficial enlightenment of foreign income distribution system, finally focusing on the stage of initial distribution and redistribution. Further, the paper puts forward some measures to improve the current income distribution.
