天津市技术进步对就业的影响研究

【摘要】：就业是民生之本,也是当今社会最为突出的热点问题,同时也是人们改善生活的途径和基本前提。随着科学技术的发展,在世界范围内开始掀起技术经济的浪潮,并逐年增加对经济增长的贡献率,伴随着现代技术的广泛使用,对就业也产生了很大的影响。技术进步究竟是增加就业还是减少就业,国内外学者的观点不一。因此,目前在天津市就业形势不是很乐观的情况下,深入且系统地分析天津市技术进步对就业总量、产业就业结构和行业就业结构的影响,对推动天津就业和经济发展具有重要的现实意义。本文首先对就业和技术进步进行相关概念界定,归纳并总结国内外关于技术进步对就业影响的相关理论和研究课题,确定本文的研究思路和大体框架,提出本文的主要创新点与研究方法,并提出不足之处。其次,运用规范分析的方法从就业总量和就业结构两大方面,探讨天津市技术进步对就业的影响效应的作用机理,这里既包括破坏效应机制、补偿效应机制,还包括技术进步对产业和行业就业的影响机制。再次,在分析天津市技术进步与就业现状的基础上,测算出天津市总的技术进步率和三次产业的技术进步率。运用Eviews5.0软件,采用协整、格兰杰、误差修正等方法,实证分析技术进步对天津市就业总量、产业和行业就业结构的影响,并分别建立相应的回归模型,得出结论。最后,对天津市技术进步路径进行判定,在天津市现有的几种技术进步路线下,利用计量经济学的相关方法,选出适合天津发展并可以促进就业的技术进步路线。根据天津市技术进步与就业现状、实证分析结果以及适合天津发展的技术进步路线,分别从政府、企业、教育与产业结构等方面制定相应的促进天津市技术进步扩大的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Employment is not only the foundation of people's livelihood, but also the most prominent hot issue in the society. It is also the way and basic premise for people to improve their lives. With the development of science and technology, the tide of technological economy has started to rise in the world, and the contribution rate to economic growth has been increased year by year. Along with the extensive use of modern technology, it has also had a great influence on employment. Scholars at home and abroad have different views on whether technological progress should increase employment or reduce employment. Therefore, in the current situation of employment in Tianjin is not very optimistic, in-depth and systematic analysis of the impact of Tianjin's technological progress on total employment, industrial employment structure and industry employment structure, To promote Tianjin employment and economic development has important practical significance. This paper firstly defines the concepts of employment and technological progress, sums up and summarizes the relevant theories and research topics about the impact of technological progress on employment, and determines the research ideas and general framework of this paper. This paper puts forward the main innovation points and research methods, and puts forward the shortcomings. Secondly, using the method of normative analysis, from the two aspects of total employment and employment structure, this paper discusses the mechanism of the effect of Tianjin's technological progress on employment, including the mechanism of damage effect and compensation effect. Also includes the technology advancement to the industry and the profession employment influence mechanism. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of technology progress and employment in Tianjin, the total rate of technological progress and the rate of technological progress of three industries in Tianjin are calculated. By using Eviews5.0 software, cointegration, Granger, error correction and other methods, this paper empirically analyzes the influence of technological progress on the total employment volume, industry and industry employment structure of Tianjin, and establishes the corresponding regression models respectively, and draws a conclusion. Finally, the path of Tianjin's technological progress is determined. Under the existing technological progress routes in Tianjin, the relevant econometric methods are used to select the technological progress routes that are suitable for Tianjin's development and can promote employment. According to the present situation of technological progress and employment in Tianjin, the results of empirical analysis and the route of technological progress suitable for Tianjin's development, respectively, from the government and enterprises, Education and industrial structure and other aspects of the corresponding policy recommendations to promote the expansion of Tianjin's technological progress.
