河北省区域经济空间格局失衡及对策研究

【摘要】：区域经济空间格局的发展状况对区域经济的健康成长有着举足轻重的影响,空间经济格局的是否合理关系到区域系统以及社会经济整体发展水平的提高和协调发展。改革开放以来,河北省的经济和社会发展都取得了巨大进步,其空间布局也发生了较大的变化,但是各地级市间的经济发展出现失衡的状况,并呈现逐渐扩大的态势,已经影响到了河北省整体协调性的发展,引起了多方面的广泛关注。本文首先对区域经济空间格局的相关概念进行界定,梳理了区域经济空间格局发展的相关理论,在整合国内外大量的学术研究成果的基础上,对区域经济空间格局的发展概况进行了综述。并重点分析了河北省11个地级市的经济空间发展的现状,根据区域经济结构发展理论,采用衡量地区经济发展水平的人均GDP作为主要分析指标,并利用极差、标准差、基尼系数、Thile系数、级比、变异系数等衡量区域经济发展的绝对差异、相对差异的评价方法对河北省11个地级市的经济发展水平进行了较为全面的实证分析。通过以河北省11个地级市作为地域单元进行研究,对河北省区域经济发展水平进行了综合评价,主要从历史发展、自然地理、产业结构、区域政策以及人力资本等方面深入分析了河北省区域经济格局发展失衡的原因。最后,针对河北省区域经济格局失衡现象逐渐严重的现状提出缓解各地级市间的经济差异以及实现区域经济协调发展的思路和建议。
[Abstract]:The development of the spatial pattern of regional economy has an important influence on the healthy growth of regional economy. Whether the spatial economic pattern is reasonably related to the improvement and coordinated development of the regional system and the overall level of social and economic development. Since the reform and opening up, the economic and social development of Hebei Province has made great progress and its space has been made space. There have also been great changes in the layout, but the economic development of local cities and cities has appeared unbalance and gradually expanded, which has affected the development of the overall coordination of Hebei Province, which has aroused extensive attention.
This paper first defines the related concepts of regional economic spatial pattern, combs the related theories of the development of regional economic spatial pattern, summarizes the general situation of regional economic spatial pattern on the basis of integrating a large number of academic research results at home and abroad, and focuses on the economic space development of 11 cities in Hebei Province. According to the theory of regional economic structure development, according to the theory of regional economic structure development, the GDP per capita is used to measure the economic development level of the region as the main analysis index, and the absolute difference of regional economic development is measured by the difference, the standard deviation, the Gini coefficient, the Thile coefficient, the grade ratio, the coefficient of variation and so on. The relative difference evaluation method has the economy of the 11 cities in Hebei province. The level of development has been analyzed in a more comprehensive way.
Through the study of 11 cities in Hebei Province as a regional unit, the regional economic development level of Hebei province is evaluated comprehensively. The reasons for the unbalanced development of regional economic pattern in Hebei province are mainly analyzed from the aspects of historical development, natural geography, industrial structure, regional policy and human capital.
Finally, in view of the serious situation of the unbalanced regional economic pattern in Hebei Province, this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions to alleviate the economic differences between different cities and cities and to realize the coordinated development of regional economy.
