宁波城市化对鄞州区产业结构的影响

【摘要】：当前，我国城市化正进入快速发展时期。与之相伴，城市产业结构调整变得越来越迫切。既有文献表明，城市化与城市产业结构具有显著的互动关系。但鲜有关于城市化对其所辖县区产业结构影响的报道。为此，本文以宁波市城市化发展为背景，以具有城乡融合特点的宁波市鄞州区产业结构变迁为对象，在对城市化与产业结构变迁关系进行理论分析基础上，进一步回顾和分析了宁波市地市合并与鄞州撤县建区的城市化及其产业结构变迁历程，然后采用计量经济学方法，，实证了宁波城市化对鄞州区产业结构变化的影响。文章分析发现：宁波城市化的演变给所辖县区迅速带来了资源、人力、财力、区位、技术等大量的经济发展要素，聚集了调整县区产业结构的必要条件，而鄞州因其自有的城乡融合特点，可以借力宁波城市化背景，加快发展现代服务业，发展临港工业和高新技术产业，更加合理的确定鄞州区支柱产业和基础产业。调研还发现，鄞州区古往今来具有良好的教育风气，宁波城市化给该县区的教育发展带来了良好的契机，该县区在产业结构调整过程中注重教育与科技、经济的紧密结合，加快培育和发展文化产业，这必将会使教育产业有发展为综合性现代产业的光辉前景。研究还发现，创新是宁波城市化发展及其所辖县区产业结构调整的驱动力，是两者互为良性影响的关键词。文章结合城市化与城区发展的经济学模型、产业结构演化的相关理论，以及宁波与鄞州区实际情况，对城市、城区以及产业的关系进行梳理，深入探究宁波城市化对鄞州区产业结构的影响，努力找寻两者的相互影响机理。为了达到这个目的，本文从宁波的地市合并、鄞州撤县建区的改革历程进行着手，通过阐释鄞州区农业、工业、服务业、教育文化产业以及高新技术产业的发展脉络，由具体到抽象的验证相关理论，得出结论，为继续推进宁波城市化进程，为城区依托中心城市而优化产业结构提供借鉴性意见。
[Abstract]:At present, urbanization in China is entering a period of rapid development. With it, the adjustment of urban industrial structure has become more and more urgent. There are not only documents showing that urbanization and urban industrial structure have a significant interaction relationship. But there are few reports about the impact of urbanization on the industrial structure of the counties under its jurisdiction. Therefore, this paper is based on the urbanization of Ningbo city. Background, based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between urbanization and industrial structure changes in Yinzhou District, Ningbo, which has the characteristics of urban and rural integration, this paper further reviews and analyzes the urbanization and the transition process of the industrial structure of Ningbo city and city merger and Yinzhou withdrawing County, and then uses econometric methods. The effect of Ningbo urbanization on the change of industrial structure in Yinzhou District is demonstrated. It is found that the evolution of urbanization in Ningbo has brought a lot of economic development factors such as resources, manpower, financial resources, location and technology to the counties under the jurisdiction, and the necessary conditions for adjusting the industrial structure of the counties and districts are gathered, and Yinzhou has its own characteristics of urban and rural integration. In order to promote the urbanization background of Ningbo, speed up the development of modern service industry, develop port industry and high-tech industry, and more rationally determine Yinzhou District pillar industry and basic industry. It has also found that Yinzhou District has good educational atmosphere from ancient times to the present, and the urbanization of Ningbo has brought a good opportunity for the development of the county's education. In the process of industrial structure adjustment, we should pay attention to education and science and technology, the close combination of economy, and speed up the cultivation and development of cultural industry. This will certainly make the education industry develop into a brilliant prospect of comprehensive modern industry. The research also finds that innovation is the driving force of the urbanization development of Ningbo and the adjustment of the industrial structure of the county area under its jurisdiction, and it is both Hu Weiliang The key words of the sexual influence.
The article combines the economic model of urbanization and urban development, the related theory of industrial structure evolution, and the actual situation of Ningbo and Yinzhou District, combing the relationship between city, city and industry, exploring the influence of Ningbo urbanization on Yinzhou District industrial structure, trying to find the mutual influence mechanism of the two, in order to achieve this goal.
