经济区域化与跨国公司区域内导向扩张的影响、作用及互动关系研究

【摘要】:本文的主要研究内容是经济区域化及跨国公司区域内导向扩张的影响、作用及互动关系。 经济区域化是20世纪中叶开始出现的一种宏观经济过程,描述了地理相邻的国家通过建立经贸合作组织以实现资源和要素自由流动和有效配置的现象。本文通过对经济区域化理论和经济全球化理论进行归纳整理,以及对经济区域化开始萌芽到21世纪初世界范围内的投资和贸易数据进行描述性分析,证明了由三极区域主导的经济区域化是当今世界经济发展的主流模式。短期来说,经济区域化减慢了经济全球化的步伐,但长期来说,经济区域化是经济全球化的必经阶段。经济区域化对经济全球化进程、国际贸易发展和发展中国家经济发展都有重大影响。 区域内导向(Home Region Orientation)是Rugman和Verbeke在2004提出的一个概念,用以描述跨国公司区域化的深度。区域内导向是和区域间导向、全球化导向并存的一种跨国公司国际扩张模式。本文从销售额比例角度、资产额比例角度、以及生产机构数量角度,证明了区域内导向是目前跨国公司国际扩张的主要模式。然后,本文基于资源基础观理论,利用美国财富500强跨国公司的数据对区域内导向的调节作用进行了实证研究,结果表明:区域内导向对技术强度和财务业绩的正向关系有着调节作用,当区域内导向程度更低时,技术强度更高的公司会取得更好的财务业绩;区域内导向对营销强度和财务业绩的正向关系有着调节作用,当区域内导向程度更高时,营销强度更高的公司会取得更好的财务业绩。 经济区域化从宏观角度描述了世界经济的主要格局。区域内导向从微观角度描述了跨国公司国际扩张的主要模式。他们在自己的轨道上运行的同时,又保持着微妙的互动关系,共同推动了世界经济和跨国公司的发展。
[Abstract]:The main research content of this paper is the influence, function and interaction of economic regionalization and multinational corporation's regional oriented expansion. Economic regionalization is a kind of macroeconomic process that began to appear in the middle of the 20th century. It describes the phenomenon that countries with adjacent geographical regions can realize the free flow and effective allocation of resources and elements through the establishment of economic and trade cooperation organizations. In this paper, the theory of economic regionalization and the theory of economic globalization are summarized and summarized, as well as a descriptive analysis of the worldwide investment and trade data from the beginning of economic regionalization to the beginning of the 21st century. It is proved that the economic regionalization, which is dominated by the three-pole regions, is the mainstream mode of the economic development in the world today. In the short term, economic regionalization slows down the pace of economic globalization, but in the long run, economic regionalization is the necessary stage of economic globalization. Economic regionalization has great influence on the process of economic globalization, the development of international trade and the economic development of developing countries. Home region orientation is a concept proposed by Rugman and Verbeke in 2004 to describe the depth of multinational corporation regionalization. Intra-regional orientation is a kind of multinational corporation's international expansion mode which coexists with interregional orientation and globalization orientation. This paper proves that the regional orientation is the main mode of multinational corporations' international expansion from the angle of sales ratio, asset ratio and the number of production institutions. Then, based on the resource-based theory, this paper makes an empirical study on the adjustment of regional orientation by using the data of Fortune 500 multinational corporations in the United States. The results show that intraregional orientation has a positive effect on the positive relationship between technical intensity and financial performance. When the degree of regional orientation is lower, the companies with higher technical intensity will achieve better financial performance. Intra-regional orientation regulates the positive relationship between marketing intensity and financial performance. When the degree of intraregional orientation is higher, the company with higher marketing intensity will achieve better financial performance. Economic regionalization describes the main pattern of world economy from macroscopic angle. Intra-regional orientation describes the main models of multinational corporations' international expansion from a micro point of view. While running on their own tracks, they maintain a delicate interaction that promotes the development of the world economy and multinational corporations.
