社会福利水平线性回归研究及其国际比较

【摘要】：社会保障作为维护社会和谐,缩小社会不公平差距以及再分配方面的重要作用毋庸置疑。在过去的几十年,社会保障制度为经济持续高速发展做出了一定的让步,但随着我国改革和发展目标越来越清晰的情况下,社会保障体系的建设逐渐被提到了一个重要的地位。政府提出了“十一五”期间社会保障作为解决民生问题的具体要求和方向。本文希望通过数学模型和制度相结合的方法综合评价社会福利水平与各经济变量之间的关系。首先本文第二章通过社会福利水平的高低将国际社会福利制度分类,对各水平下的社会福利制度做出介绍。第三章详细介绍了中国社会保障制度的现状和体系,与国际社会形成对比。第四章实现社会福利水平与各主要经济变量之间的拟合,建立线性回归方程,分析其传导机制。最后一章总结了中国社会保障制度存在的问题,提出改革的意见。
[Abstract]:Social security plays an important role in maintaining social harmony, narrowing social inequality and redistribution. In the past few decades, the social security system has made some concessions for the sustained and rapid economic development. However, with the reform and development goals of our country becoming clearer, the construction of the social security system has been gradually raised to an important position. The government put forward the social security as the specific requirement and direction to solve the livelihood problems during the 11th five-year plan. This paper hopes to evaluate the relationship between social welfare level and economic variables by means of mathematical model and system. First, the second chapter classifies the international social welfare system through the level of social welfare, and introduces the social welfare system at different levels. The third chapter introduces the current situation and system of China's social security system in detail, contrasting with the international community. In chapter 4, the fitting between the social welfare level and the main economic variables is realized, the linear regression equation is established, and the conduction mechanism is analyzed. The last chapter summarizes the problems existing in China's social security system and puts forward suggestions for reform.
