中山火炬开发区区域经济可持续发展路径研究

【摘要】：区域经济发展是政府和全社会普遍关注的热点问题，对于一个地方的可持续发展至关重要。区域经济有两个发展特征，分别是区域性与阶段性。区域经济的快速繁荣，并非让一定区域之内的全部地理单位都根据同一种方向发展当地的经济，，而是要依据当地的发展特点与当前的发展状态等区域因素进行因地制宜的发展。 中山火炬高技术产业开发区第一批国家级高新技术产业开发区，自建区以来大力推动产业集群发展。本文以中山市火炬开发区为例，对其经济发展路径进行研究，通过以点带面的方式，总结出区域经济在不同的经济发展阶段持续增长路径依赖及经济发展路径。 本文的特别之处就在于角度的不同，本文从经济发展的不同阶段来论述历史发展过程中如何坚守区域发展的持续性，在研究的过程中，着眼点始终放在经济发展的历史过程与区域差异方面，指出经济的发展应该与区域特征相一致的基本原则。研究针对我国高新技术开发区的现实经济需求，提高了区域经济可持续发展理论的实践意义。 本文在研究方式上利用动态和静态结合的方法，以比较的方式分析，将理论与现实结合起来。首先从区域经济发展相关理论入手，提出经济发展历史阶段实现可持续的经济发展，同时根据经济的增长幅度与发展形式，以及环境与生态的保护等多个方面论述区域发展的方向，从而对中山火炬开发区区域经济的特点和当前的经济发展状况深入探讨，寻出当地可持续发展的重点问题，同时研究区域发展的历史阶段。最终按照理论的研究、开发区区域经济特点、开发区区域经济发展阶段，从保障开发区经济稳定增长、集中式与均衡性发展、环境与生态保护等多个方面，指出中山火炬开发区经济可持续发展路径依赖。 本文主要结论有：（1）区域经济可持续发展是关于区域性与时代发展的规划课题，一定要充分结合当地的区域特点与经济发展的阶段问题而定。（2）中山火炬开发区经济总体上己步入后工业化阶段，但产业结构仍不够合理。向集约型、创新型的产业结构转型升级，缩小区域发展差距以及保证生态可持续发展，是中山火炬开发区亟待解决的问题，这是一个循序渐进的过程。
[Abstract]:Regional economic development is a hot issue that the government and the whole society pay close attention to, and it is very important for the sustainable development of a place. Regional economy has two characteristics of development, is regional and stage. The rapid prosperity of regional economy is not to let all geographical units in a certain region develop the local economy in the same direction, but to develop according to the local development characteristics and the current development state and other regional factors. Zhongshan Torch Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, the first batch of national high-tech industrial development zones, has vigorously promoted the development of industrial clusters since the establishment of the zone. This paper takes Zhongshan Torch Development Zone as an example, studies its economic development path, summarizes the regional economy in different stages of economic development sustained growth path dependence and economic development path. The special point of this paper lies in the different angles. This paper discusses how to adhere to the sustainability of regional development in the process of historical development from different stages of economic development. This paper focuses on the historical process of economic development and regional differences, and points out that the development of economy should be consistent with the basic principle of regional characteristics. According to the actual economic demand of high and new technology development zones in China, the practical significance of the theory of sustainable development of regional economy is improved. In this paper, the method of dynamic and static combination is used in the research, and the theory and reality are analyzed in a comparative way. Starting from the theory of regional economic development, this paper puts forward that the historical stage of economic development can realize sustainable economic development, and at the same time, according to the economic growth range and development form, As well as the protection of environment and ecology and so on, this paper discusses the direction of regional development, so as to probe into the characteristics of regional economy and current economic development situation of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone, and find out the key problems of local sustainable development. At the same time, the historical stage of regional development is studied. Finally, according to the theoretical research, the characteristics of the regional economy of the development zone, the development stage of the regional economy of the development zone, from the aspects of ensuring the stable growth of the development zone economy, centralized and balanced development, environmental and ecological protection, etc. It is pointed out that the path of sustainable economic development in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone depends on. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the sustainable development of regional economy is the planning subject of regional and contemporary development. It is necessary to fully combine the local regional characteristics and the stage of economic development. (2) the economy of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone has generally entered the post-industrialization stage, but the industrial structure is still not reasonable. It is an urgent problem for Zhongshan Torch Development Zone to transform and upgrade to intensive and innovative industrial structure, to narrow the gap of regional development and to ensure the sustainable development of ecology, which is a gradual process.
