【摘要】：从要素投入视角分析了制度与创新产出之间的作用机理,基于中国省际面板数据实证分析了要素市场制度对创新产出大小的影响,进而以东中西三个区域为分样本研究制度作用的区域差异性。研究发现,金融制度与创新的关系在总样本和东中部地区内都是呈显著的"倒U型"。劳动力制度对于创新的作用在总样本和中部地区也都是显著的"倒U型",而在东部地区呈"U型"。技术成果市场化制度与创新产出的关系在全国和东部地区都是呈"倒U型",而在中西部地区有不同的表现。就西部地区而言,制度因素对创新产出的影响较弱,且相较其他几个区域作用机制上有显著差异。本文的研究进一步拓展了这一领域的研究边界,为政策建议提供支撑。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism between system and innovation output from the perspective of factor input, and empirically analyzes the influence of factor market system on the size of innovation output based on the panel data of inter-provincial panel in China, and then studies the regional differences of institutional function in three regions of east, China and West. It is found that the relationship between financial system and innovation is "inverted U" in the total sample and in the central and eastern regions. The effect of labor system on innovation is also significant "inverted U" in the total sample and the central region, but "U" in the eastern region. The relationship between the marketization system of technological achievements and innovation output is "inverted U" in both the whole country and the eastern region, but different in the central and western regions. As far as the western region is concerned, the influence of institutional factors on innovation output is weak, and there are significant differences compared with other regional mechanisms. The research of this paper further expands the research boundary in this field and provides support for policy recommendations.
