新型多孔非金属材料阻火抑爆性能研究

【摘要】:为评价新型材料的阻火抑爆性能,采用抑爆性能测试装置,对比分析新型材料在不同填充密度、留空率下对最高爆炸压力的影响;对比最佳填充密度为35 kg/m~3的金属材料与填充密度为22.4 kg/m~3新型材料在不同留空率下的最高爆压,分析2种材料的抑爆性能;对比2种材料中的火焰传播过程,分析两者的阻火性能。结果表明:当填充密度为22.4 kg/m~3、留空率为5%时,新型材料抑爆性能最佳,最高爆炸压力仅为27 kPa;与空爆状态相比,填充新型材料后最高爆压明显下降;留空率为5%,填充密度为22.4 kg/m~3时新型材料的阻火抑爆性能均优于填充密度为35 kg/m~3的金属材料。降低留空率、增加填充密度能够有效改善新型材料的阻火抑爆性能。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the anti-fire and explosion-suppression performance of the new materials, the effects of the new materials on the maximum explosion pressure under different filling density and void ratio were analyzed by means of a test device. Comparing the best filling density of 35 kg/m~3 metal material with the filling density of 22.4 kg/m~3 new material under the highest detonation pressure under different void rates, the explosion suppression performance of the two materials was analyzed, and the flame propagation process in the two materials was compared. The fire resistance performance of both is analyzed. The results show that when the filling density is 22.4 kg / m ~ (3) and the retention ratio is 5, the new material has the best explosion suppression performance, the maximum explosion pressure is only 27 KPA, and the maximum detonation pressure decreases obviously after filling the new material. The new material with a filling density of 22.4 kg / m ~ 3 is superior to the metal material with a filling density of 35 kg/m~3 in the fire and explosion suppression of the new material with a void retention ratio of 5 and a filling density of 22.4 kg / m ~ 3. Reducing the vacancy rate and increasing the filling density can effectively improve the fire and explosion suppression performance of the new materials.
