公路施工中软土地基处理技术分析及应用

【摘要】:随着我国经济水平的快速发展,高等级道路的建设需求也不断地扩大。但由于道路地质形成的特殊性,沿线路基下经常存在深厚的软土层,在该软土地基上修建道路时,若对地基处理不当,有可能因地基沉降或差异沉降过大而影响道路的正常使用功能。软土地基的处理质量直接影响到路基的基础承载力,也是保证道路建成后安全、高效运营的关键。所以选择合理的软基处理方案及方法快速实施,从而取得预期的经济和社会效益,就具有重大的实际意义。本文主要介绍了软土的定义及其工程特性、软土的成因及危害性、常见的软基处理方法以及各种处理方法的对比分析等。将理论作为研究基础,联系软土地基的固结原理、土壤的流变特征和路基沉降的常见规律现象,深入探讨了当今社会的比较常见的软土地基改良方法的研究和应用范围。本文将邯郸市工业园区纬七路作为工程实例,针对该工程的淤泥质种植土、废弃土坑这些地质地貌特征,采用多种软土地基改良技术联合使用的处理方式,对本工程所采用的处理技术及施工方法做出了具体分析。最后通过沉降监测对软土地基的处理结果进行了沉降分析,结果表明,在本工程中针对软土地基采用抛石挤淤、土工格栅和土的改良方法进行联合施工的方式是可行的。处理后的软土地基能够满足设计规范的要求。同时也明确了本文的不足及今后需要深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic level in China, the demand for the construction of high-grade roads is also expanding. However, due to the particularity of road geological formation, there are often deep soft soil layers under the roadbed along the road, and when the road is built on the soft soil foundation, If the foundation is not treated properly, it may affect the normal use function of the road due to the settlement of the foundation or the difference settlement. The treatment quality of the soft foundation will directly affect the bearing capacity of the subgrade and ensure the safety of the road after the completion of the road. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to select a reasonable treatment scheme and method for soft foundation treatment so as to obtain the expected economic and social benefits. This paper mainly introduces the definition of soft soil and its engineering characteristics. The cause of formation and harmfulness of soft soil, the common treatment methods of soft foundation and the comparative analysis of various treatment methods, etc., taking the theory as the research foundation, connecting the consolidation principle of soft soil foundation, the rheological characteristics of soil and the common law phenomenon of subgrade settlement, etc. This paper deeply discusses the research and application scope of the common soft soil foundation improvement methods in present society. In this paper, the Weiqi Road of Handan Industrial Park is taken as an engineering example, aiming at the silt silt planting soil of the project. These geological and geomorphological features of the abandoned soil pits are treated in combination with a variety of soft soil foundation improvement techniques. This paper makes a concrete analysis on the treatment technology and construction method adopted in this project. Finally, the settlement analysis of soft soil foundation is carried out through settlement monitoring. The result shows that the stone plastering and silting is adopted in the soft soil foundation in this project. The combined construction method of geogrid and soil is feasible. The treated soft soil foundation can meet the requirements of the design code. At the same time, the deficiency of this paper and the direction of further research are also clear.
