透水混凝土路面雨水收集系统研究

【摘要】:作为国家第一批海绵城市建设试点,镇江以地处长江沿岸为优势而具有丰富的水资源。但由于社会经济的快速发展与人们环保意识薄弱,很多水域受到污染,出现了“水多用少”的局面。与此同时,清洁的雨水,却往往得不到有效的利用,如此,不利于社会生态保护与城市经济发展。本文综合国内外文献与课题组已有研究成果,以海绵城市生态环境为依托,生态混凝土材料为基础,透水混凝土路面为主体,雨水处理与收集为方法,设计一套完整的透水混凝土路面雨水收集系统。通过此系统可以节约材料,减少能源损耗、调节与均衡生态环境。本文以海绵城市为架构,通过制备新型生态混凝土,设计适合轻型荷载的路面,通过概率分析来验证路面的可靠度。以透水混凝土路面作为雨水收集面,设计了一套雨水收集系统,主要研究内容为:(1)在制备生态混凝土的过程中,掺入外加剂ZS-3和Etonish845。通过掺加外加剂,提高水泥的和易性及硬化强度,继而提高骨料之间的粘结性能,从而改善生态混凝土的强度与物理性能。通过改变水灰比、外加剂含量及复配方式、骨料粒径和水泥浆体层厚度,测试混凝土试块的抗压强度、抗折强度、孔隙率和渗透系数等性能,确定适用于轻型荷载路面的透水型生态混凝土的最佳配合比与制备工艺。(2)以透水型生态混凝土为主要材料设计一种透水混凝土路面。比较不透水路面与透水型路面的优缺点,阐述透水混凝土路面各结构层的设计原则。以镇江30年一遇的暴雨强度为设计标准,判断透水混凝土路面的渗透系数是否满足规范要求。设计路面结构层厚度,计算得出路面结构强度。引入可靠度的概念,用概率分析的方法,复核验算路面结构是否满足设计规范,最终确定安全、适用、耐久的透水混凝土路面结构。(3)以国内外的雨水收集系统为研究基础,设计一套集雨水收集与净化、雨水处理与调节、雨水排放与使用于一体的雨水收集系统,从而实现雨水的排水、调蓄、给水的一体化运行。对雨水收集系统中的沉砂池、人工湿地和调蓄池分别进行尺寸、功能设计。在人工湿地中,将透水型生态混凝土与植生型生态混凝土相结合。利用植物的生物集聚与净化能力,调节自然气候同时补充地下水资源,实现环境友好与可持续发展的目的。在雨水收集系统中设置一套水质智能监测系统,对收集的雨水水质进行实时监控与反馈。最后对整套透水混凝土路面雨水收集系统进行生态效益、社会效益、经济效益分析。
[Abstract]:As the first spongy city construction pilot in China, Zhenjiang has abundant water resources because of its advantage of being located along the Yangtze River.However, due to the rapid development of social economy and people's weak awareness of environmental protection, many water areas are polluted.At the same time, the clean Rain Water, but often can not be used effectively, so it is not conducive to social ecological protection and urban economic development.This paper synthesizes the domestic and foreign literature and the research results of the research group, based on the ecological environment of sponge city, the ecological concrete material as the foundation, the permeable concrete pavement as the main body, the Rain Water treatment and the collection as the method,Design a complete set of pervious concrete pavement Rain Water collection system.This system can save materials, reduce energy loss, adjust and balance the ecological environment.In this paper, the sponge city is used as the framework, through the preparation of new ecological concrete, the pavement suitable for light load is designed, and the reliability of the pavement is verified by probability analysis.Taking permeable concrete pavement as the collecting surface of Rain Water, a collection system of Rain Water is designed. The main research content is: 1) in the process of making ecological concrete, the admixture ZS-3 and Etonish845 are added.By adding admixture, the easiness and hardening strength of cement can be improved, and the bond property between aggregates can be improved, thus improving the strength and physical properties of ecological concrete.The compressive strength, flexural strength, porosity and permeability coefficient of concrete samples were tested by changing the water-cement ratio, the content of admixture, the way of mixing, the particle size of aggregate and the thickness of cement paste.The optimum mix ratio and preparation technology of permeable ecological concrete suitable for light load pavement are determined. A kind of permeable concrete pavement is designed with permeable ecological concrete as the main material.The advantages and disadvantages of impermeable pavement and permeable pavement are compared, and the design principles of each structure layer of permeable concrete pavement are expounded.Based on the design standard of the rainstorm intensity once in 30 years in Zhenjiang, the permeability coefficient of permeable concrete pavement is judged to meet the requirements of specifications.The thickness of pavement structure layer is designed and the strength of pavement structure is calculated.The concept of reliability is introduced, and the method of probability analysis is used to check whether the pavement structure meets the design specifications, and finally to determine the safety, applicability and durability of the permeable concrete pavement structure, which is based on Rain Water's collection system at home and abroad.A collection system is designed, which integrates Rain Water collection and purification, Rain Water treatment and regulation, Rain Water discharge and use in an organic whole, thus realizing the integrated operation of water supply, water supply and drainage.The size and function of sand sink, constructed wetland and storage tank in Rain Water collection system were designed.In the constructed wetland, the permeable ecological concrete and the planting ecological concrete are combined.The purpose of environmental friendly and sustainable development can be achieved by utilizing the biological agglomeration and purifying ability of plants to regulate natural climate and supplement groundwater resources at the same time.An intelligent monitoring system of water quality is set up in Rain Water collection system to monitor and feedback the collected water quality of Rain Water in real time.Finally, the ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit of Rain Water collection system of permeable concrete pavement are analyzed.
