城市监控卡口系统及其关键技术研究

【摘要】:本文以城市监控卡口系统为研究对象,利用通信技术、计算机技术、图像识别技术,以嵌入式开发的思想为基础,介绍了城市监控卡口系统的总体设计、车辆识别模块设计与车牌识别模块设计。根据理论分析和城市交通安全调查研究,论述了城市监控卡口系统的总体需求、功能需求与性能需求,阐述了系统的基本原理和总体设计方案。完成了系统的总体设计。综合运用高清摄像、智能图像处理、模式识别、数字化传输和存储等技术,利用在道路交汇处的监控系统和电子警察系统构成的智能卡口系统,实现对违法车辆的记录及跟踪。基于图像识别技术,开发出车牌自动识别模块。实现了车牌定位、字符分割和字符识别技术,编写程序代码并制作测试系统,通过试验验证了车牌识别模块的实时性和准确性。本文从智能卡口系统的总体设计出发,以图像识别技术为手段,实现了车牌的识别、定位技术。并且通过实车试验对违法车辆进行记录和跟踪,验证了车牌识别技术的高效准确性,为智能卡口的总体设计提出了新的思路,为智能卡口技术的广泛应用奠定了坚实的理论基础。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the urban monitoring bayonet system as the research object, uses the communication technology, the computer technology, the image recognition technology, and takes the embedded development thought as the foundation, introduces the overall design of the urban monitoring bayonet system. Vehicle recognition module design and license plate recognition module design. Based on the theoretical analysis and the investigation of urban traffic safety, this paper discusses the overall requirements, functional requirements and performance requirements of the urban monitoring and control bayonet system, and expounds the basic principle and overall design scheme of the system. The overall design of the system is completed. By using the techniques of high-definition camera, intelligent image processing, pattern recognition, digital transmission and storage, the intelligent bayonet system composed of the monitoring system at the road junction and the electronic police system is used to realize the recording and tracking of illegal vehicles. Based on image recognition technology, an automatic license plate recognition module is developed. The license plate location, character segmentation and character recognition technology are realized. The program code is written and the test system is made. The real-time and accuracy of the license plate recognition module are verified by experiments. Based on the overall design of smart card port system and image recognition technology, this paper realizes license plate recognition and location technology. And through the actual vehicle test to record and track illegal vehicles, verify the high efficiency and accuracy of license plate recognition technology, and put forward a new idea for the overall design of smart card port. It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the wide application of smart card port technology.
