高速铁路寒区隧道围岩温度场及保温技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济建设的蓬勃发展及西部大开发政策的进一步落实,在高海拔、严寒等条件下修建隧道及其他交通工程的数量在不断增加,寒区隧道工程作为一个重要研究课题也被提到了日程。本文利用大型商业流体软件FLUENT软件,模拟计算了寒区隧道内空气与围岩对流换热,研究分析了隧道长度、主导风风速、外界温度、围岩初始温度和横断面形式等因素对寒区隧道内空气温度场分布的影响,以及围岩在无保温层及加设保温层工况下的温度场分布情况。利用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件对不同作用位置及不同积水尺寸的围岩冻胀力进行模拟计算,得出围岩冻胀力对隧道结构的作用影响。本文的主要研究内容有以下几个方面:(1)以流体力学、传热学和固体力学等理论为基础,建立隧道—衬砌—围岩三维模拟计算模型,探讨寒区隧道温度场的分布规律;(2)影响寒区隧道温度场因素有很多,本文从隧道长度、主导风风速、外界温度、围岩初始温度和横断面形式五个方面进行研究,得出各种因素对寒区隧道温度场的影响规律;(3)利用积水冻胀理论,从拱顶、拱腰、边墙、拱脚和仰拱五个部位对围岩冻胀力进行模拟计算,得出不同冻胀力作用部位的影响情况,并对不同积水尺寸对衬砌结构的影响大小进行研究;(4)以双庙子寒区隧道为研究背景,对寒区隧道围岩在无保温层工况和加设保温层工况两种情况下温度场的分布进行模拟计算分析,研究保温层的保温效果。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of China's economic construction and the further implementation of the policy of developing the western region, the number of tunnels and other traffic projects built under the conditions of high altitude, severe cold, etc., is constantly increasing. As an important research topic, tunnel engineering in cold area has been put into the agenda. In this paper, the convection heat transfer between air and surrounding rock in tunnel in cold region is simulated and calculated by using FLUENT software. The length of tunnel, the wind speed of dominant wind and the outside temperature are studied and analyzed. The influence of the initial temperature of surrounding rock and the cross section form on the distribution of air temperature field in the tunnel in cold region and the temperature field distribution of surrounding rock under the condition of no insulation layer and additional insulation layer. The frost heaving force of surrounding rock with different acting positions and different hydrops is simulated by using ANSYS software, and the influence of frost heave force on tunnel structure is obtained. Based on the theories of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and solid mechanics, a three-dimensional simulation model of tunnel, lining and surrounding rock is established. The distribution of tunnel temperature field in cold region is discussed. There are many factors that influence the temperature field of tunnel in cold region. This paper studies the tunnel length, the wind speed of the main wind, the outside temperature, the initial temperature of surrounding rock and the cross section form. The influence of various factors on the temperature field of tunnel in cold region is obtained. The frost heaving force of surrounding rock is simulated and calculated from the five parts of arch top, arch waist, side wall, arch foot and inverted arch by using the theory of hydrofreeze heaving. The influence of different frost heaving force on the structure of lining was studied, and the influence of different hydrops on the lining structure was studied. (4) taking the tunnel in Shuangmiaozi cold region as the research background, The distribution of temperature field in the surrounding rock of tunnel in cold region is simulated and analyzed under the condition of no insulation layer and additional insulation layer, and the thermal insulation effect of the insulation layer is studied.
