【摘要】：由于西北地区所处位置的特殊性,其公路建设技术复杂、建设难度大、建设周期长以及影响因素等特点更为突出,投资额度相对更大。西北地区的公路建设中一直存在着成本居高不下的现象,在一定程度上影响了公路施工企业和公路建设的持续健康发展。同时,公路施工成本是决定施工企业市场竞争力的关键因素,而西北地区公路施工企业存在施工成本控制意识弱的现象,如何对公路施工成本进行有效的控制已经成为亟待解决的问题。在西部地区公路施工企业中探索先进的施工成本控制理念和方法、寻找合适施工成本控制体系,对优化西北地区公路建设投资体制、增强施工企业竞争力等都具有重要的意义。论文从西北地区公路施工成本控制的角度出发,首先介绍了本文的研究背景和意义,强调了公路施工成本控制的重要意义。其次,从公路工程施工成本控制的相关理论入手,介绍了公路施工成本构成因素及其控制的相关内容,从理论层面介绍了公路施工成本控制的相关思想和方法。然后,对西北地区公路工程项目特点以及西北地区施工成本控制与管理现状进行了分析。接着,研究了公路施工成本的构成及影响因素,并研究运用价值工程和挣得值分析法对公路工程施工成本进行控制与管理的过程进行了探讨,并进行了实证分析。最后,以前文的研究作为铺垫,从整体上对西北地区公路施工成本控制与管理的具体措施进行了探讨。本文对西北地区公路施工成本构成因素与控制的研究,旨在揭示目前西北地区公路施工企业的成本分析和控制现状,完善和深化西北地区公路施工成本控制体系,促进西北地区公路施工企业树立科学的成本管理理念。同时,本研究为西北地区公路施工企业的成本控制与管理提供借鉴和参考,对西北地区公路施工成本控制具有一定的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of the northwest area, the highway construction technology is complicated, the construction is difficult, the construction period is long and the influence factors are more prominent, the investment quota is relatively larger. The highway construction in the northwest area has always existed the high cost phenomenon, which has influenced the highway construction enterprises and the highway construction to some extent. At the same time, the cost of highway construction is the key factor to determine the market competitiveness of the construction enterprises, and the phenomenon of the construction cost control of the highway construction enterprises in Northwest China is weak. How to effectively control the construction cost of the highway has become an urgent problem. In order to optimize the construction cost control system, it is of great significance to optimize the investment system of highway construction in Northwest China and enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this paper from the angle of highway construction cost control in Northwest China, and emphasizes the significance of this research. The important significance of highway construction cost control is given. Secondly, starting with the related theory of construction cost control of highway engineering, this paper introduces the factors of construction cost and the related contents of its control, and introduces the related ideas and methods of highway construction cost control from the theoretical level. The present situation of construction cost control and management in Northwest China is analyzed. Then, the composition and influence factors of highway construction cost are studied, and the process of controlling and managing the construction cost of highway engineering with value engineering and earned value analysis method is studied and the empirical analysis is carried out. Finally, the research as a previous article is taken as a study. The paper discusses the concrete measures for the control and management of highway construction cost in Northwest China. This paper studies the factors and control of highway construction cost in Northwest China, aims to reveal the current situation of cost analysis and control of highway construction enterprises in Northwest China, and improve and deepen the construction cost control of highway in the northwest area. The system promotes the scientific cost management concept of highway construction enterprises in Northwest China. At the same time, this study provides reference and reference for the cost control and management of highway construction enterprises in Northwest China, and has a certain theoretical and practical significance to the highway construction cost control in Northwest China.
