沥青路面耐久性评价

【摘要】:路面在未达到使用年限时就大量出现车辙、疲劳开裂、拥包、沉陷等早期损坏,使得通车几年就不得不进行大面积的维修,使得路面结构无法正常使用,路面耐久性问题非常明显。本文从沥青混合料高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗疲劳损坏性能、老化性、沥青混合料疲劳自愈性这几个方面出发,基于模糊逻辑法对半刚性基层沥青路面耐久性进行评价,主要研究内容如下:针对沥青混合料的高温稳定性,本文在学者研究的基础上,通过路面实测数据对模型重新进行了修正;针对沥青混合料水稳定性,对沥青混合料进行了浸水马歇尔试验,分析沥青混合料水稳定性的影响因素及其水平;针对沥青混合料的老化,采用烘箱加热法对沥青混合料进行了老化,分析老化温度及老化时间对路面使用性能的影响;针对沥青混合料抗疲劳损坏性能,通过ANSYS有限元软件进行了力学模拟,分析疲劳损坏性能影响因素的影响水平。最后,根据各性能的影响因素及其影响水平,利用MATLAB模糊逻辑工具箱,确定各项性能的模糊程度,最终综合各项性能确定路面耐久性程度,为路面养护提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:When the pavement does not reach the annual limit of service, there are a large number of ruts, fatigue cracking, bag holding, subsidence and other early damage, which makes it necessary to carry out extensive maintenance after several years of opening to traffic, which makes the pavement structure unable to be used normally. The durability of pavement is very obvious. In this paper, the durability of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is evaluated based on fuzzy logic method from the aspects of high temperature stability, water stability, fatigue damage resistance, aging property and fatigue self-healing of asphalt mixture. The main research contents are as follows: aiming at the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture, this paper remodifies the model through the pavement measured data based on the scholars' research; aiming at the water stability of asphalt mixture, Water immersion Marshall test of asphalt mixture was carried out to analyze the influencing factors and their level of asphalt mixture water stability, aiming at the aging of asphalt mixture, the oven heating method was adopted to aging asphalt mixture. The influence of aging temperature and aging time on pavement performance is analyzed. Aiming at the fatigue damage resistance of asphalt mixture, the mechanical simulation is carried out by ANSYS finite element software, and the influence level of influencing factors on fatigue damage performance is analyzed. Finally, according to the influencing factors of each performance and its influence level, the fuzzy degree of each performance is determined by using MATLAB fuzzy logic toolbox, and finally the durability degree of pavement is determined by synthesizing each performance, which provides the theoretical basis for pavement maintenance.
