钢混组合梁与混凝土梁的等代条件分析

【摘要】:针对钢混组合梁与混凝土梁的适用跨径有一定重叠、长期以来在梁体选取上难以得出较为准确判断的问题,以常用的混凝土箱梁为基础,采用波形钢腹板代替混凝土腹板,直钢板代替混凝土底板,以现行设计规范中的材料许用指标为上限,通过性能等代条件统计出材料用量指标,以估算单价指标得出等代条件下的结构经济性能初步对比结果。结果表明:采用波形钢腹板代替混凝土腹板在跨径为30m时经济性相同,跨径进一步增大时波形钢腹板优势逐渐突出;采用直钢板代替混凝土底板在跨径大于50 m时具备经济优势;进一步提高钢材型号将会缩小钢混组合梁与混凝土梁的经济性差距。
[Abstract]:In view of the overlap between the suitable span of steel-concrete composite beam and concrete beam, it is difficult to obtain more accurate judgment in the selection of beam body for a long time. Based on the commonly used concrete box girder, the corrugated steel web plate is used to replace the concrete web plate. Taking the material allowable index in the current design code as the upper limit, the material dosage index is calculated by using straight steel plate instead of concrete floor slab, and the preliminary comparison results of structure economic performance under the same generation condition are obtained by estimating the unit price index. The results show that the economy of using corrugated steel web to replace concrete web is the same when the span is 30m, and the advantage of corrugated steel web becomes more and more obvious when the span increases further. Using straight steel plate instead of concrete bottom slab has economic advantages when span is more than 50 m, and further improving steel type will narrow the economic gap between steel-concrete composite beam and concrete beam.
