应力吸收层沥青混合料组成设计及路用性能试验研究

【摘要】:反射裂缝是旧水泥路面加铺沥青面层或半刚性基层沥青路面中常见的病害之一,在旧水泥路面与沥青加铺层之间或半刚性基层与沥青面层之间设置应力吸收层是一种有效的防治反射裂缝的措施。应力吸收层沥青混合料的性能对防治反射裂缝效果的影响很大。本文主要研究应力吸收层改性沥青混合料的组成设计及其路用性能,以四种沥青(SBS改性沥青、Superflex改性沥青、TPS高粘改性沥青、橡胶沥青)进行对比分析,主要研究内容如下:对选定的四种沥青,即SBS改性沥青、Superflex改性沥青、TPS高粘改性沥青及橡胶沥青的性能技术指标进行试验,并确定Superflex改性沥青中Superflex浓缩沥青的掺量为18%,橡胶沥青中橡胶粉的掺量为15%。采用Superpave体积设计法进行应力吸收层组成设计,以空隙率为控制指标确定目标级配,运用Superpave体积设计法制备试件,并测定各试件的体积性能,确定四种沥青混合料各自的最佳油石比,运用Superpave数学公式方法估算改性沥青混合料的油石比,验证改性沥青混合料实际的沥青用量。通过室内试验,主要从高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能、抗疲劳开裂性能及改性沥青应力吸收层与沥青面层的整体结构稳定性能五个方面对应力吸收层改性沥青混合料的路用性能进行研究,结果表明:应力吸收层改性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能,能有效防治反射裂缝的形成与扩展。
[Abstract]:Reflection crack is one of the common diseases in the asphalt pavement overlaid with old cement pavement or semi-rigid base asphalt pavement. It is an effective measure to prevent reflection cracks by setting stress absorption layer between old cement pavement and asphalt overlay or between semi-rigid base and asphalt surface. The performance of stress absorbing layer asphalt mixture has great influence on the effect of preventing reflection crack. In this paper, the composition design and road performance of modified asphalt mixture with stress absorption layer are studied. Four kinds of asphalt modified by SBS modified asphalt, Superflex modified asphalt, TPS high viscosity modified asphalt and rubber asphalt, are compared and analyzed. The main contents are as follows: the performance of four kinds of asphalt, namely SBS modified asphalt, Superflex modified asphalt, TPS high viscosity modified asphalt and rubber asphalt, were tested. The content of Superflex concentrate asphalt and rubber powder in modified asphalt is 18 and 15 respectively. Superpave volume design method is used to design the composition of the stress absorption layer. The target gradation is determined by using the voidage as the control index. The volume design method of Superpave is used to prepare the specimens and the volume properties of each specimen are measured. The optimum asphalt ratio of four kinds of asphalt mixture is determined and the asphalt ratio of modified asphalt mixture is estimated by Superpave mathematical formula method to verify the actual asphalt content of modified asphalt mixture. Through laboratory tests, the stability at high temperature, crack resistance at low temperature, water stability, The fatigue cracking resistance and structural stability of modified asphalt stress absorbing layer and asphalt surface layer are studied in this paper, and the pavement performance of modified asphalt mixture with stress absorption layer is studied. The results show that the modified asphalt mixture with stress absorption layer has excellent road performance and can effectively prevent the formation and expansion of reflective cracks.
