基于预防性养护概念的水泥砼路面板底脱空处治技术研究

【摘要】：水泥混凝土路面稳定性好、使用寿命长,在公路工程中得到广泛应用。但其缺点是一旦断板便很难修复,因此,预防性养护对于水泥路面更为重要。本文对水泥路面预防性养护的主要内容进行了研究,建立了水泥路面预防性养护控制标准,并针对传统养护措施的不足,提出以聚氨酯注浆技术作为水泥路面的预防性养护措施。具体来说,主要工作包括以下几个方面：首先,分析了水泥路面预防性养护的特点,依托路面病害调查数据,利用关联分析理论研究了水泥路面病害间的关系,根据病害间的关系确定水泥路面预防性养护的主要内容是板底脱空处治和错台修复。其次,结合江苏高速公路服务区水泥路面的现场检测,确定了服务区水泥路面板底脱空判断标准,并通过实例验证其有效性；根据服务区水泥路面脱空状况和破损状况调查结果,确定了水泥路面预防性养护控制标准,并建立水泥路面预防性养护决策树模型。由于水泥路面预防性养护具有局域性的特点,将预防性养护控制标准分为宏观标准和具体标准,宏观标准用于确定预防性养护的路段范围,具体标准用于确定路段内进行预防性养护的具体板块。最后,根据聚氨酯材料的特性,提出以聚氨酯注浆技术作为水泥路面的预防性养护措施,并进行现场试验研究,从错台检测、弯沉检测和探地雷达检测三方面对其效果进行分析,形成基于聚氨酯材料的水泥路面预防性养护措施的施工工艺。
[Abstract]:Cement concrete pavement is widely used in highway engineering because of its good stability and long service life. But the drawback is that once broken, it is difficult to repair, so preventive maintenance is more important to cement pavement. In this paper, the main contents of preventive maintenance of cement pavement are studied, the control standard of preventive maintenance of cement pavement is established, and the deficiency of traditional maintenance measures is pointed out. Using polyurethane grouting technology as preventive maintenance measure of cement pavement is put forward. Specifically, the main work includes the following aspects: firstly, the characteristics of preventive maintenance of cement pavement are analyzed. Based on the data of pavement disease investigation, the relationship between cement pavement diseases is studied by using the theory of correlation analysis. According to the relationship between the diseases, the main contents of the preventive maintenance of cement pavement are the removal treatment of the slab bottom and the repair of the wrong platform. Secondly, combined with the site inspection of cement pavement in Jiangsu expressway service area, the criterion of void determination of cement pavement bottom of service area is determined, and its validity is verified by an example. According to the investigation results of the condition of void and breakage of cement pavement in service area, the control standard of preventive maintenance of cement pavement is determined, and the decision tree model of preventive maintenance of cement pavement is established. Because of the local characteristics of preventive maintenance of cement pavement, preventive maintenance control standards are divided into macroscopic standards and specific standards, which are used to determine the range of preventive maintenance sections. Specific standards are used to determine the specific plates within a section of the road for preventive maintenance. Finally, according to the characteristics of polyurethane material, the paper puts forward that polyurethane grouting technology is used as preventive maintenance measure of cement pavement, and field test is carried out to detect it from staggered platform. The effect of deflection detection and ground penetrating radar detection is analyzed to form the construction technology of preventive maintenance measures for cement pavement based on polyurethane material.
