斜拉桥拉索的损伤检测研究

【摘要】:斜拉桥具有造型优美,跨越能力强,在国内外公路、铁路建设中广泛应用。拉索为是斜拉桥最主要的受力构件,但是由于长期受到静力荷载、动力荷载以及环境侵蚀,拉索容易受到损伤,严重者会造成桥梁垮塌,其造成的人员伤亡和带来的经济上的损伤不可估量。拉索是典型的均匀、规整的弹性构件,理论上满足“乐音准则法”。本文基于这样的假定和理论,通过试验和分析探索拉索损伤的检测。具体工作如下:1.介绍基于结构动力特性理论的几种损伤识别方法。通过对已有研究的了解,对比不同方法的优缺点,了解损伤识别技术的发展现状。2.介绍乐音准则法。通过介绍相关理论和试验,具体说明乐音准则法的适用范围及不同于以往研究方法的优点。3.设计拉索损伤识别试验。详细说明试验布置、传感器布置以及相关设备的标定等相关问题。并对相关理论公式进行推导。4.拉索损伤识别试验。通过对于健康拉索进行试验,分析数据建立健康拉索的“乐音准则”。继而对拉索进行人为损伤,对比损伤数据,从而建立对于拉索进行损伤识别的方法。.
[Abstract]:The cable-stayed bridge is widely used in highway and railway construction at home and abroad because of its beautiful shape and strong span ability. Cable is the most important component of cable-stayed bridge, but because of long-term static load, dynamic load and environmental erosion, cable is vulnerable to damage. The casualties and economic damage caused by it are incalculable. Cable is a typical uniform and regular elastic component, which theoretically satisfies the musical criterion method. Based on this assumption and theory, this paper explores the detection of cable damage by experiment and analysis. The work is as follows: 1. Several damage identification methods based on the theory of structural dynamic characteristics are introduced. Through the understanding of the existing research, compare the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, understand the development of damage identification technology. 2. 2. This paper introduces the method of musical sound criterion. By introducing the relevant theories and experiments, the application scope of the musical sound criterion method and the advantages different from the previous research methods are explained in detail. Design cable damage identification test. The test arrangement, sensor layout and calibration of related equipment are described in detail. And the relevant theoretical formulas are derived. 4. Cable damage identification test. Based on the test of the healthy cable, the data are analyzed to establish the musical sound criterion of the healthy cable. Then the artificial damage of the cable is carried out, and the damage data are compared to establish the method of damage identification for the cable.
