高吸水树脂类温拌沥青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:该文以一种新型温拌剂——高吸水树脂类温拌剂为研究对象,首先进行了AC-13和AC-20沥青混合料配合比设计,探讨了该类型温拌沥青混合料拌和工艺。在此基础上进行了普通热拌沥青混合料和温拌沥青混合料路用性能试验。结果表明:高吸水树脂类温拌沥青混合料的高温稳定性优于热拌沥青混合料,低温稳定性与热拌沥青混合料相当,温拌沥青混合料的水稳定性稍差于热拌沥青混合料,但可以通过采取抗水损害措施得到明显改善,水稳定性满足相关技术标准的要求。高吸水树脂温拌剂是一种价格低、施工方便的温拌剂,具有推广应用的良好前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new kind of warm mix agent, super absorbent resin, is used as the research object. Firstly, the mix ratio design of AC-13 and AC-20 asphalt mixture is carried out, and the mixing process of this type of warm mix asphalt mixture is discussed. On this basis, the road performance tests of common hot mix asphalt mixture and warm mix asphalt mixture are carried out. The results show that the high temperature stability of the high water absorbent resin warm mix asphalt mixture is better than that of the hot mix asphalt mixture, and the low temperature stability is equal to that of the hot mix asphalt mixture, and the water stability of the warm mix asphalt mixture is slightly worse than that of the hot mix asphalt mixture. However, the water stability can meet the requirements of relevant technical standards by taking anti-water damage measures. High absorbent resin warm mix agent is a kind of low price and easy construction warm mix agent, which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
