预应力混凝土桥梁检测评定与加固设计的研究探索

【摘要】:预应力混凝土桥梁具有较多优点,广泛应用于公路、城市道路中,已建成的桥梁大部分都是按照不允许开裂的全预应力混凝土构件进行设计。然而由于设计、施工和养护不当、设计荷载等级较低以及其它的原因,导致大量的桥梁出现不同形式和程度的开裂,严重损害了结构正常使用功能。由于开裂后加固的预应力混凝土桥梁与未开裂时存在较大差异,其检测评定具有不同于未开裂构件的特点。而目前关于开裂后加固的预应力混凝土桥梁检测评定的研究还较少,尤其是加固后如何评定,现行规范和相关研究并未给出满意的解答,工程中一般是按照部分预应力混凝土构件进行验收评定,其合理性值得商榷。本文通过对开裂预应力混凝土桥梁粘贴钢板加固过程的分析,表明加固后桥梁仍可以达到全预应力混凝土构件、部分预应力混凝土构件的力学性能,但是由于存在裂缝,与新建预应力构件有较大差异。因此,定义了加固后Ⅰ类预应力混凝土构件、加固后Ⅱ类预应力混凝土构件和加固后Ⅲ类预应力混凝土构件,用于加固后预应力混凝土桥梁的评定。结合工程实例进行了加固前、后荷载试验对比,对加固效果进行了评价,同时采用加固后预应力混凝土构件的定义对其进行了评定。对类似桥梁检测评定、加固设计做出了探索,具有一定指导意义。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete bridges have many advantages and are widely used in highway and urban roads. Most of the bridges that have been built are designed according to fully prestressed concrete members which are not allowed to crack. However, due to improper design, construction and maintenance, low design load level and other reasons, a large number of bridges appear different forms and degrees of cracking, which seriously damages the normal function of the structure. Because there is a great difference between prestressed concrete bridges strengthened after cracking and those without cracking, the detection and evaluation of prestressed concrete bridges are different from those of uncracked members. However, there are few researches on the detection and evaluation of prestressed concrete bridges strengthened after cracking, especially on how to evaluate after strengthening. The current codes and related studies have not provided satisfactory answers. The acceptance assessment of prestressed concrete members is generally carried out in engineering, and its rationality is debatable. Through the analysis of the process of strengthening the cracked prestressed concrete bridge with steel plate, it is shown that the strengthened bridge can still achieve the mechanical properties of the fully prestressed concrete member and part of the prestressed concrete member, but because of the cracks, There is a big difference between the new prestressed member and the new prestressed member.
