基于结构方程模型的多模式出行行为对比研究

【摘要】：近年来,城市中出行者的出行方式除了常规公交、地铁、出租车和自行车等常见的出行方式外,出现了一种新的出行方式——网约车,使得出行者可以选择的出行方式变得多样化。出行者在出行方式选择过程中会考虑每种出行方式的特点及自身出行需求,从而选择自身最为满意的出行方式。在这过程中,出行者的出行方式选择行为会受到个人特征、出行特征、出行方式特征以及出行偏好等的影响。出行方式不同,其对应的出行方式服务特征也存在差异。出行偏好、出行方式服务等都是无法直接测量的潜在变量。这些潜在变量对出行方式选择行为的影响备受研究人员的关注,是个值得研究的领域。本文在对西安市出行者选择常规公交、地铁、出租车和网约车出行的调查基础上,分别建立结构方程模型,探析影响出行者选择不同出行方式的主要因素。首先,采用行为(Revealed Preference,RP)调查方法,以西安市出行者为研究对象,进行常规公交、地铁、出租车和网约车的出行行为调查,调查内容主要包括个人特征、出行特征、每种出行方式的方便性、可靠性、舒适性、经济性、安全性等方面。其次,分别建立由个人特征、出行特征和方便性、可靠性、舒适性、经济性、安全性等组成的测量模型,分析调查获取的数据与理论模型的契合程度。然后,分别建立出行者个人出行特征及出行各方面感受等对该出行方式的服务感受满意的结构方程模型,并进行路径分析。研究结果表明,常规公交的方便性和经济性对出行者乘坐常规公交出行感受满意具有显著影响;地铁的可靠性和舒适性对出行者出行感受满意有显著影响;出租车的舒适性和方便性对出行者出行服务感受满意有显著影响;网约车的舒适性、方便性和可靠性对出行者出行服务感受满意影响显著。由此可见,不同的出行方式受到不同的因素影响。深入分析出行者对出行方式的服务感受,能够完善出行方式选择行为影响的研究,有效引导出行者优先选择公共交通出行,合理利用其它资源,对于合理规划城市公共交通及提高公共交通服务质量具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in addition to common travel modes, such as regular bus, subway, taxi and bicycle, a new mode of travel has emerged, which makes the traveler's choice of travel mode diversified. In this process, the traveler's travel mode selection behavior will be influenced by personal characteristics, travel characteristics, travel mode characteristics and travel preference. The travel mode is different, and the corresponding travel mode service characteristics are also different. Travel preference, travel. Mode service is a potential variable which can not be measured directly. The influence of these potential variables on the behavior of travel mode selection is the concern of the researchers. It is a field worth studying. In this paper, the structural equation model is established on the basis of the survey of Xi'an City travellers choosing regular bus, subway, taxi and net about car travel. The main factors that affect travelers' choice of different travel modes are discussed. First, using the Revealed Preference (RP) survey method, taking the Xi'an travelers as the research object, the survey of the travel behavior of the conventional bus, subway, taxi and network car is carried out. The contents of the survey mainly include personal characteristics, travel characteristics, and each mode of travel. Then, it establishes a measurement model which consists of personal characteristics, travel characteristics and convenience, reliability, comfort, economy and security, and analyzes the agreement between the data obtained and the theoretical model. Then, the individual travel characteristics and travel parties are set up respectively. The results show that the convenience and economy of the conventional bus have significant influence on the satisfaction of the traveler's travel experience, and the reliability and comfort of the subway have significant influence on the traveler's travel feeling. The comfort, convenience and convenience of the vehicle have a significant impact on the satisfaction of traveler's travel service. The comfort, convenience and reliability of the vehicle are significantly affected by the satisfaction of traveler travel service. Therefore, different travel modes are affected by different factors. The study on the influence of travel mode selection behavior can effectively guide the travelers to choose public transportation and use other resources reasonably, which is of great significance for the rational planning of urban public transport and the improvement of the quality of public transport services.
