武汉市绿色交通与绿道建设融合模式研究

【摘要】:随着城市规模的迅速扩张,居民的出行特征也随之发生了改变。出行交通方式的多样化,出行越来越追求便捷化。交通系统的快速发展所带来的交通拥堵、环境污染问题已愈显严重。要想建成生态宜居武汉,必须要大力发展绿色交通,缓解交通拥堵,减少交通对城市环境的负面影响。同时,大力建设包括绿道在内的城市绿地系统,改善和美化环境。据此,我们可以看到,绿色交通和城市绿道建设是改善城市环境的重要措施,两者相辅相成,如果能够处理好他们之间的关系,对城市环境的改善将起到事半功倍的作用。绿色交通和绿道是目前武汉市的重点发展对象,基于两者有着很多相似属性,本论文对二者进行融合研究。主要研究工作和成果如下:(1)从武汉市土地资源、生活环境、交通换乘三方面对二者融合的必要性进行分析;从地理条件、空间布局、经济因素三方面对二者融合的可行性进行分析。(2)对武汉市绿色交通和绿道建设融合现状进行分析,构建五类融合模式:步行绿道、自行车绿道、自行车与步行共用绿道、常规公交绿道、综合型交通绿道。(3)结合武汉市绿道规划资料、道路网络图、轨道交通规划网络图得出武汉市绿道换乘网络图;对现有微循环公交规划进行改进,促进绿道的交通功能。从绿带的隔离形式上对慢行交通绿道进行分类设计。对综合交通绿道根据常规公交绿道、自行车绿道、人行绿道三者从左到右的排列顺序做出三种设计模式。并在此基础上,创造性提出公交绿道地基下沉这一特殊的设计模式。(4)从法律保障、财政保障、土地保障、经营保障、机构保障这五方面提出了这一规划模式得以实现的保障体系以及其长远的发展目标。建立公众参与的有效机制。
[Abstract]:With the rapid expansion of urban scale, residents' travel characteristics have also changed. With the diversification of travel modes, the pursuit of travel is becoming more and more convenient. With the rapid development of traffic system, the problem of environmental pollution has become more and more serious. In order to build an eco-livable Wuhan, it is necessary to develop green traffic, ease traffic congestion and reduce the negative impact of traffic on the urban environment. At the same time, the construction of urban green space system, including green roads, to improve and beautify the environment. Therefore, we can see that green traffic and urban green road construction are important measures to improve urban environment. If they can deal with the relationship between them, the improvement of urban environment will play a double effect with half the effort. Green traffic and green road are the key development objects in Wuhan at present. The main research work and results are as follows: (1) the necessity of the integration of land resources, living environment and transportation transfer in Wuhan is analyzed; The feasibility of the integration of the two is analyzed from three aspects of economic factors. (2) the present situation of green traffic and green road construction in Wuhan is analyzed, and five kinds of fusion modes are constructed: walking green road, bicycle and walking common green road. Conventional public transportation green road, comprehensive traffic green road. (3) combined with Wuhan green road planning data, road network map, rail transit planning network map to obtain Wuhan green road transfer network map, improve the existing microcirculation bus planning, Promote the traffic function of green road. The classification design of slow-moving traffic green road is carried out from the form of isolation of green belt. According to the regular bus green road, the bicycle green road and the pedestrian green road, three design modes are made for the comprehensive traffic green road, which are arranged from left to right. On this basis, the paper creatively puts forward the special design mode of the foundation sinking of the green road of public transport. (4) from the aspects of legal security, financial security, land security, management guarantee, The five aspects of institutional security put forward the guarantee system and its long-term development goal. Establish an effective mechanism for public participation.
