宁波中心城区电动汽车充换电站规划与选址研究

【摘要】:电动汽车是一种新兴的交通工具,其零排放的特性越来越受到人们的重视。而充换电站是发展电动汽车所必须的重要配套设施,是电动汽车的发展和推广的前提。目前宁波中心城区电动汽车充电设施的建设相对滞后,为了电动汽车能在宁波顺利地推广和普及,提前规划及建设一批充换电站至关重要。前期的规划选址的合理与否,直接影响到宁波中心城区电动汽车充换电站的运营效益、服务质量,必须用科学的方法进行决策。本文就是基于这样的背景,研究宁波中心城区电动汽车充换电站规划选址问题。针对以上课题,本文提出了基于博弈理论的规划选址方法,通过建立博弈模型,对宁波中心城区电动汽车充换电站规划布局的待选方案进行比较。首先,采用层次分析法确定影响宁波中心城区电动汽车充电站规划布局的主要因素,如:宁波中心城区人口分布及其趋势;各级政府对电动汽车充换电站建设支持力度,宁波中心城区主要道路及其车流;宁波中心城区消费者对电动汽车的需求;充换电站对宁波电网的谐波污染影响;宁波地区气象及地质条件等等,并把这些因素作为博弈模型的博弈参与者,打破了局部分割,达到系统优化的目的。利用充换电站待选方案之间的影响强度比较作为博弈参与者的支付函数。最后,将博弈模型转化为线性规划模型进行求解模型,数学基础牢固、计算流程简单清晰,具有较强的实用性和可行性。本文通过宁波中心城区电动汽车充换电站选址案例分析,针对宁波中心城区电动汽车充换电站选址方案建设优先级问题进行了研究。结果表明,基于博弈论宁波中心城区电动汽车充电站规划选址方法能够给定选址方案优先级,并能够对宁波中心城区充换电站的规划选址提供良好的决策依据。
[Abstract]:Electric vehicle (EV) is a new type of vehicle, and its zero-emission characteristic has been paid more and more attention. The charging power station is an important supporting facility for the development of electric vehicles, and is the prerequisite for the development and promotion of electric vehicles. At present, the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities in central district of Ningbo is relatively backward. In order to promote and popularize electric vehicles in Ningbo smoothly, it is very important to plan and build a batch of charging and replacing power stations in advance. Whether the early planning and location selection is reasonable or not has a direct impact on the operation benefit and service quality of the electric vehicle filling and replacing power station in Ningbo central city, so it is necessary to make a scientific decision. Based on this background, this paper studies the location planning of electric vehicle recharge and replacement power station in Ningbo central district. In view of the above topics, this paper puts forward a method of planning and location selection based on game theory. By establishing a game model, this paper compares the planning and layout of electric vehicle recharge and replacement power station in Ningbo central city. First of all, the main factors influencing the layout of electric vehicle charging station in Ningbo central city are determined by AHP, such as the population distribution and its trend in Ningbo central city, the government support for the electric vehicle charging and replacing power station construction at all levels. The main roads and their vehicle flow in the central urban area of Ningbo, the demand for electric vehicles by consumers in the central urban area of Ningbo, the harmonic pollution impact of the charging power station on the Ningbo power grid, the meteorological and geological conditions in the Ningbo area, etc., These factors are used as game participants in the game model to break the local segmentation and achieve the purpose of system optimization. The comparison of the influence intensity between the alternative schemes is used as the payment function of the participants in the game. Finally, the game model is transformed into the linear programming model to solve the problem. The mathematical foundation is firm, the calculation flow is simple and clear, and it has strong practicability and feasibility. Based on the case study of the electric vehicle charging and replacing power station in the central district of Ningbo, this paper studies the construction priority of the electric vehicle charging and replacing power station in the central city of Ningbo. The results show that, based on the game theory, the location planning method of electric vehicle charging station in Ningbo central city can give the priority of the location scheme, and can provide a good decision basis for the location planning of the charging and replacing power station in the central city of Ningbo.
