青银高速公路淄博段病害分析及治理研究

【摘要】:高速公路作为国家交通基础工程的重要组成部分,为人们的出行带来了很多的便利。然而当高速公路运营一定时期以后,会出现各类病害,面对各种各样的质量问题,给车辆交通带来一定的安全隐患;养护维修后,路面原有病害反复重现,给工程和国民经济造成损失。高速公路病害有很多形式,主要包括裂缝、车辙、沉陷等,青银高速淄博段存在以上所有病害。针对高速病害的治理,需结合工程实际情况和检测结果分析病害产生的原因,并寻求符合工程实际的性预防性养护措施。本文首先介绍了青银高速淄博段常见的病害种类;然后对产生的原因进行了系统分析;阐述了该高速公路路面检测相关工作,包括检测方法和检测结果评价两方面。主要检测了平整度、车辙和路面损坏三个方面的内容,结果表明本段路面整体情况良好,主要是小范围出现病害,病害形式以车辙和裂缝为主。并且这些病害处治后会反复出现,病害产生的原因也和以前较为相似。最后针对这些病害反复出现的问题,提出了两种针对性的预养措施:长寿命微罩面和同步沥青磨耗层。通过数值模拟方法,分别考虑交通荷载和温度变化的情况,对比分析了长寿命微罩面和同步沥青磨耗层预养后路面结构的动力学响应和温度应力响应,结果表明:微罩面技术对于沥青路面病害反复出现的问题具有更好的处治效果。
[Abstract]:As an important part of national transportation infrastructure, expressway brings a lot of convenience for people to travel. However, when the expressway is in operation for a certain period of time, there will be a variety of diseases, facing a variety of quality problems, to bring certain safety risks to the vehicle traffic; after maintenance and maintenance, the original diseases of the road will be repeated again and again. Damage to engineering and national economy. There are many forms of highway diseases, including cracks, ruts, subsidence and so on. In view of the treatment of high speed diseases, it is necessary to analyze the causes of the disease and seek preventive maintenance measures in accordance with the engineering practice. This paper first introduces the common diseases in Zibo section of Qingyin Expressway, then analyzes the causes of the disease systematically, and expounds the related work of pavement detection of the expressway, including the detection method and the evaluation of the test results. The results show that the overall condition of the pavement is good, mainly in a small range of diseases, the main form of disease is rutting and cracks. And these diseases will be repeated after treatment, disease causes are similar to the previous. Finally, aiming at the repeated problems of these diseases, two kinds of pre-maintenance measures are put forward: long life micro-overlay and synchronous asphalt wear layer. The dynamic and thermal stress responses of pavement structure after long life micro-cover and synchronous asphalt wear layer are compared and analyzed by numerical simulation considering traffic load and temperature change respectively. The results show that the micro-overlay technology has better treatment effect on the repeated problems of asphalt pavement diseases.
