铁路隧道底鼓风险动态评价及综合整治技术研究

【摘要】:随着铁路工程的不断增多,隧道作为线路重要的结构物遇到的问题也越来越多,本文从铁路隧道底鼓原因和整治措施调查入手,基于国内铁路隧道底鼓病害的现场调研、理论分析以及数值模拟结果,归纳总结了铁路隧道底鼓的形式、成因机理和影响因素,提出隧道底鼓量估算公式,得出一套铁路隧道底鼓风险定量化评价体系,最后针对铁路隧道底鼓病害实际情况,提出并实践了多种铁路隧道底鼓病害解决方案。论文的主要研究内容和成果如下:(1)通过理论分析和现场调查,分析了铁路隧道底鼓的成因与机理,总结了隧道底鼓的三种表现形式:直线型、褶曲型、弧状型,并从岩体性质、地应力、工程因素等方面阐述了底鼓变形的影响因素。(2)采用FLAC3D有限差分软件模拟,对不同地应力条件、围岩膨胀性、围岩劣化程度以及隧道基底结构状态下的底鼓变形进行了计算,分析了不同因素对隧道底鼓变形的影响,提出了不同条件引起的软岩岩体底鼓变形量估算公式。(3)系统总结了地质雷达、超声波综合回弹法、钻孔弹模法、移动轨道加载车等基底状况综合检测技术,同时在对隧道底鼓变形机理分析和数值模拟的基础上提出了一套实用性较强的隧道基底评价方法,形成了该方法的评价指标和评价流程。(4)依托本研究成果结合实际工程,论文提出了“轻型井点降水+注浆”、“密井暗管降水+注浆”、树根桩及整体道床病害地段改为有砟道床过渡整治等四种隧道底鼓复合式强化及整治技术,为今后类似隧道底鼓的整治提供理论依据和工程借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of railway engineering, there are more and more problems encountered in the tunnel as the important structure of the railway line. This paper begins with the investigation of the causes of the bottom drum of the railway tunnel and the treatment measures, based on the field investigation of the disease of the bottom drum of the domestic railway tunnel. Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results, the form, cause mechanism and influencing factors of railway tunnel bottom drum are summarized, and a quantitative evaluation system of railway tunnel bottom drum risk is obtained. Finally, according to the actual situation of railway tunnel bottom drum disease, several solutions of railway tunnel bottom drum disease are put forward and put into practice. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: (1) through theoretical analysis and field investigation, the causes and mechanism of railway tunnel bottom drum are analyzed, and three kinds of expression forms of tunnel bottom drum are summarized: linear type, fold type, arc type, and so on. The influence factors of rock mass properties, in-situ stress, engineering factors and so on are discussed. (2) FLAC3D finite difference software is used to simulate the different stress conditions and the expansion of surrounding rock. The deterioration degree of surrounding rock and the deformation of bottom drum under the condition of tunnel base structure are calculated, and the influence of different factors on the deformation of tunnel bottom drum is analyzed. The formulas for estimating the deformation of soft rock mass bottom caused by different conditions are put forward. (3) the comprehensive detection techniques of the basement condition, such as ground penetrating radar, ultrasonic integrated springback method, borehole elastic modulus method, moving track loading vehicle, etc., are systematically summarized. At the same time, based on the analysis and numerical simulation of the deformation mechanism of tunnel bottom drum, a set of practical evaluation method of tunnel foundation is put forward, which forms the evaluation index and evaluation flow. (4) based on the research results and actual engineering, The paper puts forward four kinds of tunnel bottom drum composite reinforcement and regulation technology, such as "light well point dewatering grouting", "dense well underground pipe dewatering grouting", and "tree root pile and integral road bed disease section" to be changed to ballasting-bed transition regulation. It provides theoretical basis and engineering reference for the regulation of similar tunnel bottom drum in the future.
