文章摘要：尽管信息资源共享对效能政府建设和电子政务的发展有巨大的推动作用．但目前仍有诸多因素影响着政府推动信息资源共享的成效。本文首先对电子政务信息资源共享的国内外研究现状进行分析和综述，归纳影响电子政务信息资源共享绩效的影响因素，进行因子分析．利用多层次回归分析研究各因子对信息资源共享绩效的影响作用。研究结果发现：信息安全因素和便利程度成为电子政务信息资源共享要考虑的首要因素，信任是实施电子政务信息资源共享的极为重要的软环境，信息资源共享的便利程度主要与收益相关，并不是风险的主要来源。

Abstr：Information resources＇ sharing is the key impeller for e-government development and many factors influence the e-government information sharing performance. This study profiles and reviews the researches on e-government and information resources＇ sharing, sums up the main factors which influence the performance of e-government information sharing, does the factor analysis on the selected factors, and then predicts the influencing effects of the factors on information sharing performance by using multi-regression. The results show that： firstly, security factor and available factor take the main effects on e-government information resource sharing performance; secondly, trust is the critical soft environment for e-government information resource sharing implementation; and thirdly, the availability of information resource sharing is more closely related with benefits rather than risks.
