混凝气浮工艺净化城市富营养化河流水体的响应曲面法研究

【摘要】:采用混凝气浮工艺净化南方城市河流富营养化水体,基于响应曲面法考察了工艺条件的影响,并建立了藻类去除率数学模型。结果表明,非离子型PAM较阴离子型、阳离子型及两性离子型PAM对污染物的去除效果最好,且投加量最小;影响因子显著性顺序为PAC投加量回流比停留时间PAM投加量,PAC投加量与回流比的交互作用显著;数学模型回归性良好,预测最大藻类去除率为95.09%,优化反应条件组合:PAC投加量13.06 mg/L,非离子型PAM投加量0.45 mg/L,停留时间20 min及回流体积比16.10%,验证实验藻类实际去除率91.75%,略低于预测值(95.09%)。优化反应条件下混凝气浮机对氮、磷的去除效果也非常显著,且水处理费用较低,仅0.646元/m~3。
[Abstract]:Based on the response surface method, the effects of technological conditions on the purification of eutrophication water in urban rivers in southern China were investigated and a mathematical model of algae removal rate was established. The results showed that Nonionic PAM was better than anionic type, cationic and amphoteric PAM had the best removal effect on pollutants, and the dosage of Nonionic PAM was the least. The significant order of influencing factors is that the interaction between the dosage of PAC and the ratio of reflux and reflux is significant, and the regression of the mathematical model is good. The predicted maximum algae removal rate was 95.099.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the dosage of PAM was 13.06 mg / L, the dosage of Nonionic PAM was 0.45 mg / L, the residence time was 20 min and the reflux volume ratio was 16.100.The actual removal rate of experimental algae was 91.75g / L, which was slightly lower than the predicted value (95.09g / L). The removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus by coagulation floatation machine is also very remarkable under the optimized reaction conditions, and the cost of water treatment is low, only 0.646 yuan / m ~ (3).
