【摘要】:随着我国交通需求增大,,交通基础建设大量增加,最近几年交通基础设施逐渐完善,在西南山岭地区修建了大量的隧道,这些隧道建成运行后,随着物理环境和化学环境的变化,其衬砌结构发生了变化,出现各种结构病害,影响隧道的正常运营;如果对出现结构病害的隧道服役状况不了解,随着结构病害发展,将会对隧道运营的安全和经济性产生重大影响,因此必须通过对隧道的结构检测得到其当前结构状态,再考虑如何选择对策,可以有效提高隧道的安全性和服役年限。但目前来看针对矿山法隧道的服役性能研究还是比较缺乏,不能满足实际需求。 本文针对矿山法隧道结构病害进行了深入研究,得到的主要成果有: 1)通过不同的隧道结构病害检测手段、工具对运营矿山法隧道进行了结构检测,得到矿山法隧道出现的各种结构病害,选择了影响隧道结构性能的几个主要影响因素为衬砌裂缝、结构渗漏水、衬砌裂损、结构缺陷、衬砌材料老化。 2)对现有矿山法隧道的服役性能进行研究,根据规范和前人研究基础上给定服役性能判定等级,将矿山法隧道服役性能等级分为了四级。并对五个常见的结构病害特性,对其进行了定量或定性分级,给定了五个影响因素和其子因素的判定标准。 3)对模糊综合评价方法的优缺点进行了分析,结合矿山法隧道结构病害的判定分级,确定用灰色-模糊综合评价方法对服役性能进行评估,利用AHP权重分配方法给出了五个影响因素和相应子因素的权重,利用模糊数学理论得到各影响因素的评价集,建立了针对矿山法隧道服役性能的灰色关联度-模糊综合评价模型。 4)根据吉庆隧道的结构检测结果和灰色-模糊综合评价模型对吉庆隧道的服役性能进行评价,评价结果与现实状况相吻合,说明该评价模型可靠。
[Abstract]:With the increase of traffic demand and the increase of traffic infrastructure in China, the traffic infrastructure has been gradually improved in recent years, and a large number of tunnels have been built in the southwest mountain area, and these tunnels have been built and run. With the change of physical environment and chemical environment, the lining structure has changed, and various structural diseases appear, which affect the normal operation of the tunnel. If we do not understand the service condition of tunnel with structural diseases, it will have a significant impact on the safety and economy of tunnel operation with the development of structural diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain the current structural state of the tunnel by detecting its structure, and then consider how to choose the countermeasures. It can effectively improve the safety and service life of the tunnel, but at present, the research on the service performance of mine tunnel is still lack, which can not meet the actual needs. In this paper, the structural diseases of mine tunnel are studied in depth, and the main results are as follows: 1) through the different tunnel structural disease detection means, the tool carries on the structure detection to the operation mine tunnel, obtains the various structural diseases which the mine method tunnel appears. The main factors affecting the structure performance of the tunnel are lining cracks, structural leakage, lining cracks, structural defects and aging of lining materials. 2) the service performance of existing mine tunnel is studied, and the grade of service performance is given on the basis of norm and previous research. The service performance grade of mine tunnel is divided into four grades, and five common structural disease characteristics are classified quantitatively or qualitatively, and five influencing factors and their sub-factors are given. 3) the advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are analyzed. Combined with the classification of tunnel structural diseases in mine method, the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the service performance. The weight distribution method of AHP is used to give the weight of five influencing factors and corresponding sub-factors, and the evaluation set of each influencing factor is obtained by using fuzzy mathematics theory. The grey relational degree fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the service performance of mine tunnel is established. 4) the service performance of Jiqing tunnel is evaluated according to the structural detection results of Jiqing tunnel and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation, which shows that the evaluation model is reliable.
