【摘要】:随着经济的发展,城市规模不断扩大,城市交通量越来越大,混凝土的疲劳成为一个不可忽略的问题。为满足重载车辆运输的发展,城市交通运输线上的桥梁需要承担起大型、重型设备的运输任务。超载车辆对既有钢筋混凝土桥梁中混凝土的疲劳性能会产生多大的影响成为当前迫切需要关注的问题。本文对此展开研究,取得如下主要成果: 1、对钢筋混凝土结构的疲劳损伤破坏原理、疲劳寿命预测的方法和疲劳损伤分析过程分别进行了系统的分析和总结。 2、对既有城市桥梁进行了现场应变数据监控,对现场监测的应变数据进行了分析。通过与MIDAS Civil的理论计算应力比较发现,在夜间环境较为稳定,车辆对桥梁产生的应力不受其他车辆影响时,现场测试应力与理论应力的比值在0.8~1.0,,MIDAS Civil的计算模型可靠。 3、在MIDAS模型的基础上针对在不同车辆类型和车速下桥梁的应力做了定性和定量的分析,通过动力分析和静力分析的比较,得出了车重对桥梁的动力效应影响不大,车速对桥梁的动力效应的影响比较复杂。 4、分析了超载车辆对既有钢筋混凝土桥梁中混凝土造成的疲劳累积损伤,并对桥梁的疲劳寿命做出了初步预测。通过对比全部车辆对桥梁造成的疲劳累积损伤,得出结论:桥梁的疲劳累积损伤基本是由超载车辆造成的。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the scale of the city is expanding and the traffic volume of the city is increasing. The fatigue of concrete has become a problem that can not be ignored. In order to satisfy the development of heavy-haul vehicle transportation. Bridges on urban transport lines need to be large. The transportation task of heavy equipment and the influence of overloaded vehicles on the fatigue behavior of concrete in existing reinforced concrete bridges have become an urgent problem that needs to be paid close attention to in this paper. The following key results have been achieved: 1. The principle of fatigue damage, the method of fatigue life prediction and the process of fatigue damage analysis of reinforced concrete structures are systematically analyzed and summarized. 2. The strain data of existing urban bridges are monitored and analyzed. The results are compared with that of MIDAS Civil. When the night environment is relatively stable and the stress generated by the vehicle to the bridge is not affected by other vehicles, the ratio of the field test stress to the theoretical stress is 0.8 ~ 1.0. The calculation model of MIDAS Civil is reliable. 3. On the basis of MIDAS model, qualitative and quantitative analysis of bridge stress under different vehicle types and vehicle speeds is made, and the dynamic analysis and static analysis are compared. It is concluded that the vehicle weight has little effect on the dynamic effect of the bridge, while the influence of the vehicle speed on the dynamic effect of the bridge is quite complex. 4. The fatigue cumulative damage caused by overloaded vehicles to concrete in existing reinforced concrete bridges is analyzed. By comparing the fatigue cumulative damage caused by all the vehicles to the bridge, it is concluded that the fatigue cumulative damage of the bridge is basically caused by overloaded vehicles.
