桥梁信息模型(BrIM)在设计与施工阶段的实施框架研究

【摘要】:伴随着人类社会的不断进步,新理念、新材料、新技术不断得到推广和应用。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modelling,简称BIM)是一种既涵盖全寿命设计理念,又与当前最新的计算机技术、信息技术和管理技术紧密相连,同时又包含以协同化和参数化为核心的新技术,正日益受到国内外学者和业界的关注。为此,本文尝试将BIM技术应用到桥梁工程中,开展了以下几个方面的研究工作: ①扼要介绍BIM技术的内涵、特点、价值以及在国内外的发展现状,总结BIM在桥梁工程中的应用价值和目前所面临的一些障碍。 ②根据BIM技术的内涵,分析BIM在桥梁工程中的应用特征,探讨在桥梁工程前期规划、设计、施工、管理维护等桥梁整个寿命周期内的应用。以爱尔兰黑水桥和福建猴子河大桥为工程背景,创建了2桥的BIM模型,并为现阶段总结了一个基于BIM的桥梁设计流程。 ③提出了一个适用于桥梁工程的BIM实施框架,包括项目总体规划流程、全生命周期信息管理模型、实施框架核心流程、设计与施工阶段交付等相关内容。 现阶段受到理论及软件技术、管理体制等诸多限制,BIM在桥梁工程中的应用还处在起步阶段,但BIM技术代表的先进生产工具和管理思想,其以信息技术为载体,以协同工作为核心,将信息模型作为项目的主体,充分发挥协同这一理念的优势,必将从根本上提高桥梁工程的设计水平、施工质量和工作效率,降低工程成本,是未来桥梁工程的重要发展方向。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of human society, new ideas, new materials. New technology is being popularized and applied. Building Information Modelling. BIMs is a new technology, which not only covers the whole life design concept, but also closely connects with the latest computer technology, information technology and management technology, and also includes the core technology of collaboration and parameterization. More and more scholars at home and abroad and industry are paying attention to it. Therefore, this paper tries to apply BIM technology to bridge engineering, and carries out the following research work: The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper briefly introduces the connotation, characteristics, value and development status of BIM technology at home and abroad, and summarizes the application value of BIM in bridge engineering and some obstacles faced at present. 2 according to the connotation of BIM technology, the application characteristics of BIM in bridge engineering are analyzed, and the planning, design and construction in the early stage of bridge engineering are discussed. The BIM model of the second bridge is established based on the engineering background of the Black Water Bridge in Ireland and the Monkey River Bridge in Fujian Province. A bridge design process based on BIM is summarized for the present stage. 3 put forward a BIM implementation framework suitable for bridge engineering, including the overall planning process of the project, the whole life cycle information management model, and the core process of the implementation framework. Design and construction phase delivery and other related content. At present, the application of BIM in bridge engineering is still in its infancy due to many limitations, such as theory and software technology, management system, etc., but the advanced production tools and management ideas represented by BIM technology are still in its infancy. With information technology as the carrier, cooperative work as the core, the information model as the main body of the project, and give full play to the advantages of the concept of collaboration, it will fundamentally improve the design level of bridge engineering. Construction quality, working efficiency and reducing project cost are the important development direction of bridge engineering in the future.
