近接溶腔对隧道围岩稳定性影响及防治措施研究

【摘要】:岩溶地貌在我国南方分布广泛,近年来随着我国公路建设不断向西南山区发展,修建了大量的隧道工程,,其中不少隧道在修建过程中遇到了或大或小的岩溶灾害。因此,对隧道围岩稳定性及防治措施进行研究,最大限度的减小岩溶灾害给隧道施工带来的安全隐患有着十分重要的意义。本文归纳了岩溶地段隧道施工常见的灾害,并通过数值模拟分析了几种典型近接溶腔对隧道围岩稳定性的影响,最后归纳给出岩溶段隧道施工常见灾害的防治措施,并结合工程实例说明了实际工程中溶腔的具体处治措施。主要工作内容如下: 1.介绍了岩溶根据溶腔形态及规模的大小、充填方式、溶洞充填物特征、岩溶涌水量以及涌水量动态变化特征等的分类情况,归纳隧道在岩溶地区修建过程中岩溶对隧道的影响常见灾害类型。 2.利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析不同规模的近接侧部、顶部和底部溶腔在是否富水高压情况下对隧道围岩稳定性的影响情况,具体分析了各种工况下溶腔对围岩应力场、位移场和塑性区的影响,并利用剪切破坏理论得出对隧道危害最大的富水高压溶腔与隧道之间岩盘的安全厚度计算公式。 3.在岩溶地段修建隧道过程中要加强超前地质预报,以物探法为主、地质法动态修正和超前水平钻孔法验证;针对探测到的不同规模、不同填充介质以及内壁是否高压的溶腔要采取相应合理的处治措施,并结合工程实例谢家峒隧道出露的溶腔的情况,分析了巨型溶腔的综合处治措施。
[Abstract]:Karst geomorphology is widely distributed in the south of China. In recent years, a large number of tunnel projects have been built along with the development of highway construction to the southwest mountain area. Many of the tunnels encountered large or small karst disasters in the course of construction. Therefore, the stability of surrounding rock and prevention measures are studied. It is of great significance to minimize the potential safety hazards caused by karst disasters in tunnel construction. This paper summarizes the common disasters in tunnel construction in karst areas. Through numerical simulation, the influence of several typical adjacent cavities on the stability of tunnel surrounding rock is analyzed. Finally, the prevention measures of common disasters in tunnel construction in karst section are summarized. The concrete treatment measures of the dissolved cavity in the practical engineering are explained with the example of the project. The main work contents are as follows: 1. The classification of karst is introduced according to the size and size of the cavity, the filling mode, the characteristics of the cavern filling, the karst water inflow and the dynamic change of the water inflow. The common types of disasters caused by karst in tunnel construction in karst area are summarized. 2. Using FLAC3D numerical simulation software to analyze the influence of the surrounding rock stability of tunnel under the condition of water enrichment and high pressure at the near side, top and bottom cavities of different sizes. The influence of the cavity on the stress field, displacement field and plastic zone of surrounding rock is analyzed in detail. Based on the theory of shear failure, the formula for calculating the safe thickness of the rock plate between the water-rich high-pressure cavity and the tunnel, which is the most harmful to the tunnel, is obtained. 3. In the process of constructing tunnel in karst area, advance geological forecast should be strengthened, mainly by geophysical prospecting method, dynamic correction of geological method and verification by advanced horizontal drilling method. According to the different scale of detection, different filling medium and whether the inner wall is high pressure, the appropriate treatment measures should be taken, and combined with the engineering example of the case of Xiejiadong tunnel exposed cavities. The comprehensive treatment measures of giant cavity are analyzed.
