沥青混合料矿料滑移剪切试验研究

【摘要】:为了研究沥青混合料的高温稳定性与矿料界面滑移剪切行为的关系,从沥青混合料矿料的接触及滑移特性入手,开发了专门用于评价沥青混合料矿料滑移剪切性能的滑移剪切试验,分析了试验条件、级配和沥青等对滑移剪切能的影响。研究表明在试验温度60℃、加载速率20 mm/min时,滑移剪切试验的评价指标滑移剪切能EI与车辙动稳定度DS的相关性最好,以此初步推荐了滑移剪切试验的试验条件。矿料滑移剪切试验表明混合料的级配和沥青种类及其用量对滑移剪切能EI有显著影响,适当增加最大公称粒径、采用改性沥青以及最佳油石比等措施能显著提高沥青路面的高温稳定性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture and the slip shear behavior of mineral aggregate interface, the contact and slip characteristics of asphalt mixture aggregate are studied. A slip shear test was developed to evaluate the slip shear performance of asphalt mixture mineral aggregate.
